This property is nested in the very nice community of Calabay Parc. You will enjoy its nice decoration, its pool (south facing), covered lanai, game room. The perfect place to spend days doing... nothing but relax and enjoy the sunny days and the warm temperatures. The owners use the property for their family trips twice a year and make sure the property remains in a pristine condition. You will love how comfy and so conveniently located to all major attractions.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Shortly after the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking for the full names of the guests staying at the property, a picture of the ID of the primary guest, a selfie of the primary guest holding the ID, and our onlne registration form. We will need you to complete the full registration process so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with some our check-in instructions.
