Raleigh Gem Overall - this is a very nice townhome and a great location ! Very convenient to downtown Raleigh. If you like to walk - take Glenwood Ave opposite of downtown and you will see some pretty Raleigh suburbia! Raleigh is very lively Fri and Sat nights so bring your noice/sound machine !

Lots of space and close to everything! Everything was great with the property! Close to all of the activity and NCSU so you can walk to everything! Since it is in an urban neighborhood you should expect some noise from cars and pedestrians, especially on weekends. This did not bother us at all - just added to the experience!

Long weekend in Raleigh Building is great. Amenities are a little lacking. Error of omission for the active railroad line less than 50 feet from the windows. Dryer and dishwasher were balky. Make sure they’re running 10 minutes after you start them. All glasses are plastic and no wineglasses.

Great property in great location Love the style and layout of the townhouse. Walkable neighborhood to several restaurants and bars. Even though it’s in a hub it’s still quiet.

Great Location in Raleigh!! We had a great stay in this beautiful home. Very convenient location with groceries, restaurants, bars, etc within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again if we are back in Raleigh!!

Great Spot The house was actually a lot bigger than we thought it would be based on the photos! Great layout and comfortable space. The location was perfect for us during our stay in Raleigh. Check in and check out were easy.
