Great location. Very clean. Very hard bed( not my favorite) self -checkin.

Room was clean and nice. Very tight space, with limited space to work or sit. Kitchenette and frig did not work.
Lack of timely communication also problematic.

Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung, was die Lage betrifft. In n?herer Umgebung waren sehr viele Einkaufsm?glichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Hotel an sich war leider sehr laut beziehungsweise sehr hellh?rig.
Die Zimmer sehr klein und das angegebene Duschzeug/Shampoo nicht vorhanden. Die Heizung hat auch nicht funktioniert. Es gab leider keine Ansprechperson vor Ort. Der Code, um ins Hotel zu kommen, bekamen wir erst nach der Abreise. Jedoch konnte ich den Inhaber am Tag der Anreise erreichen per Handy. So dass wir dann problemlos einchecken konnten. Personal war keins vor Ort. Die Zimmer waren aber definitiv sauber. Und das Hotel an sich war auch gepflegt.

Rude front office desk guy Shiva. Put my vehicle on charge, the security removed it without informing my. Thank god I saw the notification and escalate. The manager Ms. Shobana was kind enough to attend calls @ 9. 00 p.m. and intervened to get my charging done. Worst attitude by the guy at reception and security. The rooms are decent and nice ambience though.

It was a pleasant stay. Restaurant food was great. Ambience was too good. Near to all tourist places like Chamundeshwari temple, Mysore palace and all major malls. Although near to these places, it was well secluded with any noises. A well recomended budget friendly stay.

I went on May 2025, and my stay was average. Bedrooms are nice, Bathrooms are neat and clean. There were two great banquet halls, and the food was excellent. However, the housekeeping was very poor and the service was very slow. Personally, I would’ve enjoyed the experience even more if there was a swimming pool (to relax) and better service. The stay was enjoyable and had everything you need. In the future I would visit again.

Nice interior, everything is clean, friendly stuff and great location. I didn't like the bed and pillows, they were not comfy. The hose in the shower was not flexible, it was hard to operate it. The water pressure was low and the towel hangers were lose, so you can't use them and this is crucial, since there is no other place in the bathroom for them
