A lovely room with great amenities, will definitely revisit

Lovely comfortable clean accommodation . We slept very well in our super king bed .we were in the Conwy Suite, lovely big rooms . Everything you need, if you need to cook , we just made breakfast . Coffee machine with pods supplied . Aggie said just to ask if we needed anything . Llandudno is a lovely place and visitors from all over the uk and abroad . The property is an easy walk from the train station , close to everything and every kind of restaurant. Happy to recommend .

I stayed here for 7 nights while on holiday and I was very impressed with the size of the room. It was so clean with a newly renovated bathroom and great shower. The bed well I would like to take it home it was so comfy, I can't believe how quiet it was at night with excellent blockout curtains. Dan and Angie were really nice hosts very friendly and you can tell they take great pride in their guest house. Parking on the street can be a little challenging but I was lucky as I always found a space on their driveway I was in the Beaumaris room which is on the first floor, it had a large window which let plenty of light in but not what I would call a view. The internet speed was super fast about 200mbs PS. If I go back I will definitely stay here again

Great location, easy check-in and friendly. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was very handy. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, but otherwise the experience was good.

Not a bad little place at all, it was nicely decorated, tidy and quite adequate for a 2 night stay. Nice shower but probably better to take your own towels, A pretty quiet part of town and central to everything. It was so easy to go shopping, drop it back to our room and walk back in the town.

We have just come back from a long weekend Fri/mon at this wonderful guest house . Right in the centre of town but on a nice quiet street . We stayed in the Gwydir suite which is a self contained unit - lovely big king size bed - massive tv on the wall - fridge- cooker even a dishwasher. Beautiful shower room . The place is large and absolutely spotless and Aggie and Dan are lovely couldn’t do enough for us . Would HIGHLY recommend and will be visiting again soon

Arrived at Clifton Villa Guest House for a few nights stay. On arrival we were greeted by Dan, who was really pleasant and friendly. He informed us he had upgraded us to the Little Orme Room, (we had booked Anglesey Room). I asked how much extra and he said no charge at all. He was so lovely. We also met Aggi who introduced herself, she was really nice as well. We were told if we needed anything at all, just knock and ask. The room was absolutely fabulous, so very clean and everything you needed. Hair dryer, alarm clock, coffee machine, with coffee pods, lovely comfy armchairs, as for the bed WOW, so big and very comfy, lovely clean fluffy towels, tea towels, all toiletries in the bathroom etc. If you wanted to self cater you could, there was everything there to use. There is a lovely lounge in reception area for you to use and sit and chill, and an honesty bar, which was lovely. On the second floor there was another honesty bar, also a fridge with bottled beers and soft drinks. Good prices also. Ideally situated, 2 mins walk to Cottage loaf and Wetherspoons and all shops. Cannot recommend this lovely Guest House enough. We will definately be back. Thank you Dan and Aggi for a fantastic stay.

We arrived Friday afternoon 29/3/24, the owner Dan, kindly moved his car so we could park outside of the property, such a kind gesture.. His partner Aggie was also lovely, showed us to our room and explained everything to us, when we got inside, there was an Easter Egg and card on the bed so thoughtful.. Room immaculate, had a lovely weekend, will definitely be back ?? Many thanks Lorraine & Rob

Had a lovely weekend. Very happy with our room, nice an bright, Beds so comfortable. Anysley made us so welcome like we'd known her a long time. Always on phone if needed. Can't wait to go back in August. Loved it ??

How superb owners were really great nothing too much trouble. Everything you could need just had to ask if there was something you wanted. Location was just around the corner from the town shops, lovely stroll to the beach and promenade. So clean comfy bed pillows great we loved our stay. Probably have to stay again.
