  • Guest：We loved staying here. Staff was very friendly. The room was great and had ac. The bathroom was quite spacious and parking was super easy to get in and out.

The location was very good, the price was super affordable, the staff was wonderful, everything was perfect, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, cleanliness was 10/10. They have a very nice lobby/common area where you can sip as much extremely delicious coffee as you want for free. The hotel's restaurant was also incredible, we ate there the first evening; the food and the staff were also 10/10. There was only a bit of noise in the mornings from the cleaning staff and some low IQ guests laughing very loudly in the corridor at 1 AM, but overall, I can easily place our stay at Ibis Paradiso straight in the A tier. This was extremely close to perfection to be honest. We recommend 100%.
  • Guest：Great option when in Lugano. Rooms are a bit small as usual for Ibis, but they are so well designed you don't really mind.
