El personal es excelente. Sin embargo el elevador no funcionaba y no había nadie que ayudara con las maletas. El restaurante es solo con reservación, de lo contrario no hay opción para comer ahí.

The breakfast is very nice and included in your stay, the beds are very hard I did not like them. Rooms are nice, we stayed 2 different times during our stay and first stay room smelled musty due to mould in the shower!! Second stay on first floor room was new and renovated.
Your lovely Ms Juse at fromt desk left us with very good impression on your hotel although the first night in room 201 was not a pleasent experience with poor sound proof. 2nd and 3rd night at room 205 were ok.
Ms Juse was very warm and helpful. Never faile to smile at us and offered us her assistance even she was busy at her work. Bravo.
Excelente ubicación, super bien conectado si usas el tren y el personal es increíblemente atento y te explica como moverte por la ciudad. Las instalaciones son espectaculares, muy buen desayuno. Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, definitivamente volveremos.
