  • Guest：Room was not the greatest of conditions. Shower head was missing and AC was not working throughout my stay there. The size of the room was decent. Windows thin. U can hear everything from outside. Aside from that the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

  • Guest：Lleras 10 The room assigned was pretty small and not luke in the pictures. The only window in the room was made if non transparent glass. There were no towels or blankets in the room upon arrival. The shower did. It have any hot water on day 1. Aftet room eas refreshed they again failed to add towels. When asked abkut towels we were told they were waiting on towels to be delivered from another property. When we proceeded to shower there was only a teickle of water. They jad water pressure issues. TVs were very outdated. A little disappointing considering it is located in the poblados/lleras area
