  • Guest：My boyfriend and I booked this hotel as a last minute first trip abroad together. We had 9 days at the hotel and we enjoyed every second there. Alberto greeted us on arrival, and really set the tone for every member of staff we would interact with. He was so friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. The room was nice, our only criticism is that we were in a room that had two single beds pushed together, rather than a double bed. The room was clean, however, there was a smell from the drains when we first ran the shower, but it seemed to clear when we'd ran the shower for a while (we assume the room hadn't been stayed in for a while maybe). The room was cleaned everyday we asked and cleaned to a good standard with fresh towels. One day we walked in the and the cleaning staff had made two swans out of towels on the bed for us, which was a really sweet surprise. The restaurant was lovely. We were met by George who talked us through how it worked and dress codes etc. George was a key member of staff for us the whole holiday, always met us with a smile and we felt went above and beyond for us to have a good experience. I have never done an all inclusive holiday, and was concerned that the food quality wouldn't be to my standards, but I was blown away. The selection of food at lunch and dinner was amazing, so much choice of fresh and well made dishes. There was a variety every night of the week with different themes - such as Greek night and Indian night. We never went hungry and never found there wasn't a dish weren't interested in trying. The pools were great, with the time of year we went we never struggled to find a sunbed, the only thing we did struggle with was finding one poolside or in the sun. The pool closer to the reception had entertainment during the day, with activities such as aqua-fitness and killer darts, whereas the pool closer to the restaurant was quieter. At night, near the restaurant, there was often a fun evening of entertainment, with karaoke, quizzes, performances by local acts etc. The entertainment staff attached to the hotel were a huge highlight. Jethro and Arthur seemed to really bond with my boyfriend and they were always trying to get us involved with activities, which we often did get involved and had a lot of fun. They were both incredibly funny and entertaining, and our experience at the hotel wouldn't have been the same without these interactions and entertainment activities. The bars had a great selection of cocktails as part of the all inclusive. Sadly, neither the beer or wine was for us, but yes plenty of cocktail choices. Tarik, who mainly worked on the restaurant bar, was a great laugh. Again, always met my boyfriend and I with a smile and some banter. He went above and beyond to make us an off the list cocktail when we joked that we wanted a surprise. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and would love to go back again we enjoyed it that much.
  • Guest：Family of 3 with our 17 year old daughter and just returned from our week away at Aegean Bay and we loved everything it had to offer. The staff were amazing and worked very hard to make our stay a memorable one. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, two separate pool areas (one quiet and one with entertainment). Our room was modern, had 3 single beds with two of them pushed together to make a double. The beds were very hard but after speaking with reception they quickly provided mattress toppers which made a huge difference. Shower was nice and warm and the hair dryer was very good. Kettle, cups and fridge in room. Plenty of storage for clothes. The restaurant food we found to be very good, plenty of choice that was always topped up quickly. Evening meals were themed and the pizzas were freshly made in front of you which were definitely restaurant quality. We found the choice of all food very good and often went back for more. Tea and coffee constantly available in the restaurant and bars and juices self serve in the restaurant. Evening entertainment consisted of dancers, singers, disco night, karaoke etc. Big shout out to Jethro, Oli and Arthur (the entertainment team) who provided us with great activities to participate in which was highly entertaining and great fun. They work hard to entertain you day and night. The beach is roughly a 7 minute walk and you can take the bus into Kos town which roughly runs every hour and takes about 25 minutes. We had a lovely time and met some amazing people who made our holiday a memorable one and we would highly recommend this hotel.
  • Guest：Lovely hotel, the staff are amazing, the rooms are clean & bright, the drinks are great, however the food let's the hotel down, I am not a fussy eater but some of the meals I really struggled with, that said I certainly didn't go hungry. And Tui 4* rating is generous, the hotel is a 3* in my opinion. We have had a lovely break away though in this hotel, so if you are after a quiet, cheap break this is perfect
  • Guest：Very much enjoyed our holiday at Aegean Bay. The hotel is 25 mins from the airport, 5 mins from the beautiful beach and 35 mins by bus from Kos town. Plenty of sunbeds around the two pools and no need to reserve early. We found the food excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality. Thanks to George and his team in the restaurant. Our room was fine, good wifi and enough space. Bed a little hard for us but the hotel provided a mattress topper which helped. Lots of activities to take part in. this is something we enjoyed and we made some great holiday friends doing these who became a big part of our holiday. Many thanks to Oli, Arthur and Jethro they were good fun, very friendly and made a real effort throughout our stay.
