Hotel molto confortevole e pulizia ottima. Personale molto gentile e disponibile la mattina in cui avevamo la crociera ha telefonato in agenzia x sapere se passavano a prenderci visto che erano in ritardo. Tornati dopo 2 giorni ci ha fatto trovare due camere più grandi.

Neuf, propre, belle chambre avec baie vitrées, certaines avec balcon mais peu utile. Les salles de bain sont très jolie et très propre. La literie est confortable. La chambre à 2 grands lits n’est pas très spacieuce mais pour le temps qu’on y passe c’est ok. Situé sur la rue commer?ane avec restaurant. Je le conseille. Très bon standing

Es gibt nichts negatives über das Eco Hotel zu berichten. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber und vor allem auch schimmelfrei! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die freundliche und herzliche Art des Rezeptionist fühlte man sich direkt wohl. Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Es liegt zentral aber es ist nicht zu laut durch die umgrenzenden Restaurants und Clubs. Im Hotel k?nnen Touren sowie ein Roller zu einem guten Preis gebucht werden. Ebenfalls kann man im Hotel seine W?sche waschen lassen. Jederzeit wieder würde ich das Hotel buchen!

Conveniently located, we picked this hotel to do a one day boat trip to Alan Ha bay and a day in the National parc. Mattress was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good. The whole street was under big construction so it was noisy and dusty. Better to double check with the hotel to make sure roadwork is complete. Suggestion : 1. change body wash and shampoo as the one provided in our room smell bad, 2. Partner with a better motorbike rental company : we rent 2 different scooters through the hotel, both were in poor condition (damaged tyres, poor brake, empty tank, engine failure, smelly helmet)

一切都很滿意，當第二天想續住的時候告知沒房了，最后搞的很疲憊。

The hotel room was nice and cosy. The beds were good and the aircon worked well. our room was on a high floor and we heard little noise. The street is relatively quite after 9pm. The hotel is relatively new compared to most in Cat Ba and located up the hill so note this if you're planning to walk. Breakfast was fine although we all got food poisoning from eating at the Napoli Pizza restaurant a few doors down and missed out on our boat cruise. The hotel staff were very helpful. Good value for money.

The hotel is immaculate and well situated for good restaurants as nd the waterfront. It's very good value for money and the receptionist, Hung, is so helpful and hard working. He advised on the best trekking and helped us with our transfer back to Hanoi. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.
