Guest：An absolutely amazing stay for 4 days in paradise. The staff were very helpful from things around the resort to renting motor bikes, scheduling drivers, and suggestions on excursions. The chefs cooked some fantastic meals with all kinds of different cuisines. The rooms were clean and I thought it was really cool how the bathrooms opened up into the outside. We would definitely come back for a beach holiday

Guest：The entire resort was as shown in the pictures and as described. Everything was wonderful from the food, drinks, and hospitality! We spent a quiet weekend enjoying the beach, pool, and tranquility of the resort. A perfect location if you are venturing into Tayrona (which we chose not to do). One of the best parts of our visit to Colombia!

Guest：It depends what you want. We wanted a luxury break at the end of our holiday, this is not it. If you want an eco budget 3 star hotel you'll be fine but if you want luxury it's best to avoid this hotel No options for evening meal, which is only served between 7 & 8, bar closed at 9-30. Management standards mediocre at best, hotel was unkempt. Be warned

Guest：The hotel itself is beautiful with a fantastic pool The beach setting is fantastic Most of the staff are great, especially Daniela and Jimmy It is approximately 20 minutes from the entrance to Tayrona national park Unfortunately I have given it a low rating because of our terrible experience with the front desk woman We had booked our transfer way in advance and on every day of the 3 days that we were there I was assured that it was booked On our departure day , when 5 minutes before the transfer was due, I had to squeeze out of the woman at the front desk, any information on it’s arrival It never arrived and we resorted on using our own contact, a taxi that bought us back from the national park. He , Oscar, was great. Arrived immediately and drove us to Cartagena, 5 hours 30 minutes The woman at the front desk had no plan B and quite frankly was rude. I speak Spanish and was able to communicate with her. She made no eye contact and getting information from her was impossible If you are going to work in the hospitality industry you need to have some people skills Also the number one reason for most tourists staying in the area is to visit the park Again no detailed information was given. For example arrive at the ticket office by 7.30am to avoid long queues in the sun. Bring photographic id Also having a fridge in the room would be really helpful Unfortunately I won’t be staying here again when I come back
