La atención es muy buena, todos son muy amables. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y limpias. Sin duda regresaría.

El Beaterio is my Go-To hotel whenever i stay in Zona colonial. Centrally located, walk to all the main attractions in the Old town: upscale restaurant literally in the same block! Tons of other dining options, bars, nice park where locals gather in the evening right across the street. Receptionist Pierre is super friendly and nice! Shows you everything, makes sure you know where everything is, what hours breakfast is etc. Hotel itself is such a historical jewel! You feel like you enter the Time Machine: lobby, breakfast area, staircase and room itself! I’m a history buff, so i also love how they have pictures everywhere and a little history written about the old times! The only thing I’d mention is to be careful when walking up to the second floor, it’s a bit slipper on top when it rains. Maybe owners will see this review and put a rubber mat or something else there as i almost slipped and fall, especially in the evening coming back after a few drinks :) Otherwise, don’t think twice and book this hotel because you won’t find better value in the area for your money!

Muy bonito y mejor que las fotos El Hotel está más bonito que en las fotos, el personal siempre fue muy amable y atento, las habitaciones son cómodas y con todo lo necesario.

Este hotel me gustó mucho. La cama estuvo cómoda, su desayuno, limpieza y tranquilidad. No obstante no sabía que la calle que queda justo al frente y todos los laterales estaban en construcción. Me encantaría ir un día donde todo esté abierto, donde su rooftop funcione ya que tiene buena vista y tiene un bar. Pero ni tuve suerte todo estaba cerrado y aunque el rooftop es bonito no tienes a dónde mirar porque todo es construcción. Descansé bien, desayuné de manera excelente. Una cosa importante: la ba?era !!! Sólo cabe una persona y cuidado ?? era un lugar de monjas imagino que se quedò la ducha tal cual ! Difícil coger Uber: tienes que indicar en mensaje cuál es la calle ya que casi toda esa cuadra está en construcción. El Uber pasa trabajo ya que la app lo reubica constantemente y se pierde mucho tiempo.

+++++ One of the best experiences in Dominican Republic. Antique building, interior, breakfast, service and help from employees: all this made the staying very pleasant and comfortable. - the sink was leaking. The repairman came fast, however the problem appeared again after. Suggestion: make available hot water during the day for the guests without a need to ask for it on reception.

Hotel désuet mais personnel attentionné Lors de notre sejour fin mars, la rue était en travaux, complètement bloquée sauf les trottoirs. Difficile d'arriver avec des bagages. Reception un peu indolente. Pas de toilettes publiques à la réception. La 1ere chambre sentait l'humidité. Elle a été changée sans difficulté pour une plus grande, moins humide. Buffet de petit-déjeuner triste mais en demandant, on nous a apporté des oeufs sur le plat, du jus frais et un bon café.
