I like the panoramic view. However, customer service needs to improve, and the menu presentation at the pool bar. Just two or three sheets of white paper.

Nice, the menu was limited for breakfasts which I wasn’t impressed by , I heard so much about how refreshing and rotation of new foods daily was served but the same thing was given daily.

Absolutely amazing. I have nothing bad to say about Satama. Everything was beyond my expectations! I will definitely be coming back! Okap Lakayan m !!!!

What a spectacular stay and place. I appreciate being able to have this experience at such a well maintained place in Okap. The receptionist was incredibly kind, the food was delicious, the drinks were lovely, housekeeping was meticulous, and the room was wonderful. I deeply enjoyed my stay and high recommend this oasis in the mountains. The view is impressive. Thank you for being so wonderful.

No hot water, no a/c!
This is supposed to be a high-end hotel. However, they are limiting the hours that guest can run the a/c unit in there rooms and while we were there they had no hot water because of a broken part. For the price you pay to stay here this is unacceptable. The food and staff were good though.

Great get a way
Had a great time. I arrive early and they still accommodate me and my son at check. It was fast and smooth. The Resturant had some of the best food I could eat. The bar service all the way to the pool and lounging area. Truly a great experience. I would update some stuff in the room. Shower heads and setting chair and desk chair. But over all great. Each morning hot fresh breakfast.

Place is beautiful, i love it the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, clean. Driving to the top of the hill is a little scary ?? but the hotel is great.

The hotel was very beautiful and high tech. They embrace the natural beauty of Haiti to build this hotel in the mountains. Thank you for providing us with stelar service.

The room had roaches in it, other than that the hotel is good.

The property is gorgeous I’m not going to take this away from it. Nice view overlooking the city. However the road could have been done. I was with a baby and every time we have to take this road in and out of the hotel I felt like my life was in danger. The ac was not running during day time which was horrible for my baby. The elevator was not working. I had to carry my heavy bag 3 stairs down. My sink was clogged every day I had to tell someone to come fix it. My balcony door couldn’t close even though I told the front desk. They disregarded all of the complaints. Not going back definitely. For your money yon don’t get the service . Overall property is hot because no central air. I had to leave the hotel everyday and just come back to sleep when Ac was on in the room.
