Отдыхали в ноябре, очень порадовало местоположение, в центре старого Батуми. С хорошей транспортной развязкой. Отмечу уютный, тихий номер с балконом с видом на город. Бесплатный завтрак это ??. Сытно можно покушать и вкусно)

Super friendly staff, high quality service. Great value for money as well. location in Batumi old city, very close to main attractions. I had such an amazing stay at Hotel Bloom! I would highly recommend to all of my family and friends.

Etablissement impeccablement situé dans le centre de la ville à proximité des principaux sites touristiques et de nombreux restaurants. L'ensemble du personnel est souriant, sympathique et aux petit soins. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Tout fonctionne parfaitement notamment le wifi performant. Les salles de bains sont étincelantes. Le petit-déjeuner est assez décevant car il s'adresse à une clientèle majoritairement russe : beaucoup de salades, olives, fromage etc. Aucune viennoiserie et pain de piètre qualité.

Хороший небольшой отель в старом городе, расположенный поблизости от всех достопримечательностей, площадей и центральных улиц. Очень приветливый персонал на ресепшн. Неплохой европейский завтрак. Номера с балконами, но вид из окна не всегда радует глаз. Для того, чтобы провести в Батуми два-три дня и насладиться пребыванием, подходит, как нельзя лучше.

Hotel has very good central location, in old city. It has no parking lot, which could be useful, as city requires parking fee if one uses street parking. also, free street parking is rarely available. hotel staff was very nice and friendly.

Asked 2 mornings in a row at breakfast and one more to go about volume too loud for reason of the booming type of music. It belongs in a bar environment not breakfast. They obliged with a smile only to hear volume increase less then 10 minutes after. Bad experiences. Also was questioned by the female manager, "why?" when I asked housekeeper for daily replenishables which SHE shook her hand "don't have". My reply was "because I need to sleep and don't want to be disturbed. Housekeeper did have all but bottled water that I asked and gave it to me after the woman manager spoke to her. Mind you, I showed the housekeeper the 1 empty toilet roll, empty tea packages, used toothbrushes, and empty water bottles so there was no miscommunication here.

A very clean small hotel at the Old City in Batumi. Nice location not far from the various restaurants, money changers and groceries. The Cable car station and the seaside is just few a minutes walk. There is only one elevator. Some of the rooms are small and compact. The safe deposit boxes in the rooms are too small and not secured hence would not recommend to use them. The breakfast is average. There are seats for smokers outside at the so called garden area. Staff are nice, friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping in the rooms is top class but it is not the case in the restaurant. No car parkings and the hotel is not well known by the Taxi drivers hence getting location beforehand from Goggle map would be useful.
