Guest：Fabulous Resort, and a well maintained with Good Hospitality. 10/10 It's my 2rd time in Chitwan I feel that i will surely stay again in this hotel, next time. Rooms are spacious, neat and cleaned. All required modern amenities are present. Staff is very helpful and cooperative . Room service was done everyday. Surely a must recommended place for stay .
Guest：Comfortable air conditioned room and very good guide on walking and jeep safaris. Food was OK, but it would have been good to have a menu with a choice of dishes instead of being presented with a set meal. Reception staff were polite and helpful but restaurant service could have been more professional. Good swimming pool.
Guest：The Resort is extremely comfortable and staff are simply superb !!! Bell Desk and staffs at the the front desk is lovely. The Resort is immaculate in all aspects and breakfast offers great variety. You will not be disappointed.
Guest：We had a lovely stay here. All staff were very friendly & took time & care to ensure we were comfortable. We arrived later than expected and despite this lunch appeared to have been freshly prepared on our arrival. The gardens were beautiful as was the swimming pool however time was short & we did not get a chance to use the pool. Generally the set activities were very enjoyable & well coordinated however in our opinion the jeep safari started rather too early in the afternoon when the animals were less evident as a result we drove around for quite a while seeing very little. In contrast, by later afternoon the animals were much more in evidence. The evening entertainment was most enjoyable and appeared to be of a very high standard. The food here was excellent and the staff were keen to ensure that the amount of chilli used was suitable for our tastebuds. We were fortunate enough to see rhino on our first evening however the tigers remained elusive
