Quarto excelente. Funcionários agradáveis, super dispostos a ajudar. Limpeza impecável. Localiza??o excelente, perto de tudo, inclusive da esta??o de trem. Só um ponto deve ser ressaltado: n?o tem elevador. Voltaria, com certeza.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado para que procura proximidade à esta??o de Firenze S.M.N., bem como para a Basilica Santa Maria Del Fiore. As acomoda??es s?o ótimas e renovadas, mas por ser um prédio antigo n?o tem elevador, ent?o, quem tiver algum problema de mobilidade, n?o é uma boa op??o.

Excelente lo recomendamos muy cerca de la estación de trenes y de todo en general LO MEJOR Vanessa la chica que atiende la cafetería es excelente, súper amable, linda cordial, educada, simplemente maravillosa te hace sentir como en casa felicidades por su contratación !

Great location great staff great place to stay
We spent 5 days in Florence, room was perfect for our family while it wasn’t large it was perfectly suited to our needs. Large bathroom and even a seating area made it all that more comfortable. We upgrade to the breakfast package and enjoyed talking and meeting new people, save quite a bit of time being able to get up and eat then get going. Wonderful staff always helpful highly recommend

We booked the biggest suite, but got somebody’s old flat in very low condition. If you get bad room, request another one that you booked. Price is too high. In room 2 plates, 2 glasses. You need to ask for everything you need.

The Hotel Lombardia is in direct sight line of the train station. The queen bed room was spacious, but it’s one window overlooked dingy HVAC equipment. The walk-in glass shower had mold on the grout, which we reported but was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. On the positive side, the staff was great and the free breakfast was quite good —- especially the cappuccinos! Overall, the hotel is convenient to the sights of Florence, nice restaurants and the train station.

Great room, clean, and the location is very convenient. The train station is right across the street, and although there is no laundry service provided there is a laundromat close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have any extra blankets, and the WiFi didn’t work for our stay (6 days). Still highly recommend.

离佛罗伦萨火车站很近，挺方便的。就是如果晚上8点才到酒店的话，就没有服务员了。需要等人家客人出来才能进去。最好晚上8点前入住。早餐一般。还行。地点很方便。
