THE SPACE
Located amidst all the action in the heart of downtown Charleston, our 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home, split into 2 separate apartments accessed by private exterior entrances, has been recently renovated and refurbished to meet all of your traveling wants and needs. Both units have a bright, open layout and a mid-century modern design. Throughout the space, guests will enjoy brand-new flooring, top-of-the-line appliances, stylish décor, chic light fixtures, comfortable furnishings, plenty of space, and privacy.

*As of February 2024, construction is going on behind the building. The construction project, the team that works there, and the hours that they work is outside of the control of the owner and the property manager of this rental.*

Each apartment features…

Fully-Equipped Kitchens and Dining Areas. Upon arrival, guests will ascend one flight of stairs and enter through the front door to the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features brand new Whirlpool appliances including an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator/freezer. A breakfast bar with 4 bar stools beneath, brand new butcher block countertops, open shelving, a coffee maker, toaster, vintage style microwave, and essential cooking tools provide guests the opportunity to enjoy a home cooked meal while reminiscing of the good old days. The solid wood dining table with benches, seat up to 8 comfortably, and is perfectly positioned along the windows so guests can sit back, relax, and enjoy a meal while soaking up some Charleston sunshine. A brand new stacked washer and dryer unit is available for guests to use and also located in the kitchen/dining area.
Large, Comfortable Living Rooms. The living room, which is open to the kitchen, provides guests the ultimate spot to lounge and enjoy one another’s company. It features a large L-shaped sectional that doubles as a sleeper sofa, as well as a coffee table, two stylish club chairs, an overhead light with a fan, a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall beneath a trendy console table, and a built-in wet bar. Don’t forget to enjoy some fresh air out while taking advantage of the French balcony, also accessible through the living room area.

2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms (Total of 4 BR/4BA). Just off the living room area at the end of a short hallway are the both bedrooms. Each bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps, flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, large closets and an overhead light with a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that features a generous walk-in closet, brand new tile, fixtures, stone sink countertops, a full-bathtub/shower, and extra built-in shelving for bathroom storage. Guests staying in the 2nd bedroom on the left have easy access to the spacious bathroom located a few short steps across the hall. This second bathroom boasts gorgeous black and white ornate tile, brand new stone sink countertops, fixtures, a large glass standup shower, as well as a brand new shower head.

Located in Cannonborough with allocated off-street spots, parking will be the least of your worries. Whether you’re traveling for a short while or planning an extended stay, our apartment will exceed expectations! Reservations book up quickly so inquire today!

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to both units along with all the appliances and amenities provided with the listing.
GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.
 -$15 per person: Sunday through Thursday
- $30 per person: Friday and Saturdays

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

*Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. *

*The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass.

*Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County

*No parties

*No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside)

*No firearms

*Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am) 

*Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
