Super personal , in special Viktoria D. and Victoria S. ,Nikola , Simeon, Tamara from bar and lobby bar . Very good beverages. All clean the food is good.

It is our second time in this lovely place . In 2 phrase I can say , it exceeded expectations and it is a excellent value for the money paid . Service , staff , management , cleanliness , food , facilities and amenities are excellent . I will be happy to visit next year

A very good hotel in a great location right on the beach. Our room had a sea view. The staff are helpful (with one exception, Every day I got my beer in a glass. One of the bartenders said I could only ask for a plastic cup, and if I wanted a glass, I had to pay extra. I went to another bar and got a glass there.). Check-in went smoothly. We were able to check into our room early. Cleanliness is fine. The cleaning lady comes every day. Excellent value for money. A well-equipped hotel. It fully met our needs. ince it is right next to the beach promenade, the noise from the promenade is clearly audible. But that didn't bother us

Beach area no toilet or showers . Sun beds plastic and un comfortable has no mattresses . WiFi in lobby fab in room not good bought 4g sim cheap and did its job . Need more than one bar staff serving queing long time . Cocktails of all types offered which are fab but time consuming . Pastry bar fab with lovely bar lady . Snack bar man making hotdogs miserable , pizza man nice . Security staff 2 fab 1 miserable . All reception happy to help . Cleaners great and hard working . This is a true review . Just pointing out both good and things that could be improved , but overhaul great hotel food and choice one of better 4 stars I’ve stayed at. Would I stay there again YES x

Good location, food very delicious, staff very kindley. The hotel is right on the beach, there are always free sunbeds and umbrellas. Since the evening life is lively, the hotel is also noisy. A themed Asian dinner with show cooking can be booked for free, which is very delicious.

It was very nice , relaxed and peaceful holiday! We stayed all-inclusive hotel and food was great,plenty for everyone. Staff we're amazing,specially the entertainment staff.plenty of sunbeds at the pool and the beach!

Visited early June 2025 for 11 x nights. Went all-inclusive. Hotel room clean, tidy & spacious. Lovely Ocean Front view of Sunny Beach. Hotel is centrally located right on the beach front. Pool spotless although the life guard needs a personality transplant. If he won ￡200M on the Lottery, he wouldn't smile. Staff however are polite and respectful, maintaining their professional boundaries. The Restaurant food is well presented - but served 'Balkan Style' - that's luke-warm (cold) to you and me. Restaurant is looking tired and on 3 different levels, accidents sadly happen. People falling up/down steps getting hurt - whilst carrying their food. If you like a free-for-all buffet style restaurant, with children running around with their chocolate spread pancakes - do get there early - then this Hotel will suit you. Says it's a 4 star. No way - it's 3.5 star plus - at very best. There are 3 x bars & whilst staff really do try their best - they are very slow - mainly due to the several languages they have to learn, as well as master the array of cocktails on offer. Stick with them though - they are trying ! Ideally they need 2 x serving behind the bar - as it does get busy. Food snacks around the pool (11am x 5pm) are served hot and freshly made. They are good. The Italian A-Le-Carte Restaurant is also excellent and a must-visit. The Hotel Guest Relations Manager is understaning & supportive. The Hotel Security patrol the beach access point, which is necessary to make your stay comfortable. The Seaguls are sharp-eyed and capitaluse on any unguarded Pizza & Chips left by sunbeds. They can be aggressive and will have a right old party taking-off with any left-overs. Hey! They are a lot bigger close-up than you realise ! The Hotel has a section of the beach with 200 sun beds with umbrellas that are FREE to use. Avoid the blue sun-beds, which are council patrolled and they charge 10 Lev per bed (￡4.50p). Those from the UK are in the minority (less than 8% of guests) in the Victoria Hotel - as the majority of guests are either Bulgarian, Romainian, Russian & German. Would we visit Sunny Beach again? 100% yes. Victoria Hotel ? Sadly not. They still have much work to do - to reach a standard that is expected of a 4 star plus Hotel. Season runs 1 June to early October. Ideal for families with children - but not suitable for an adults only stay. Enjoy your holiday, if you decide to choose this Hotel !
