Riad buono, in una buona posizione e pulito con stanze molto grandi. Siamo stati accolti con the alla mente e biscottini. La camera e gli asciugamani venivano cambiato giornalmente. Colazione semplice ma buona e abbandonante. La signora della reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Le mélange du charme du Riad de Fés avec la gentillesse d'une équipe professionnelle otmane samir et sans oublier fatimzahra fond de ce lieux un endroit idéal pour passer un très bon séjour dans cette belle ville.je recommande sans hésitations. Z et G les bordelais.

The riad is beautiful, clean and well located in the medina right out the market area. The owner is very kind and offered us everything we needed. We also had dinner here with local dishes, strongly recommended.

We really loved Fes as a city but would not recommend staying here. We tried to call the hotel for someone to show us the way and bring our luggage but to no avail. When we arrived, we were very tired after a long trip but we still had to wait for a bit. In the end, our room was cancelled because of some maintenance issues. The owner did help us find a place to stay for the first night at a different riad (Dar Hafsa, which was honestly nicer than this one), and then we had to shift our things again to this riad naila for the second night. One of the ground floor rooms had stairs to the toilet, so if you have elderly parents or ability needs, its not a good place to stay. The other room that I was allocated did not have working lights (this was the maintenance issue). It is abit out of the centre of the medina, but this means it is near the road. We had to leave early to catch a train and the owner could not accommodate an early breakfast, unlike other places. He gave us a bag of fruits and did not help us to find a taxi to the train station. I would honestly say the service here is quite bad compared to other riads.

Excellent riyad. No complaints, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. I would give five stars to hospitality, breakfast times were flexible and i had a chance to launder my clothes during my visit.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely. The stay at Naila Fes has been fantastic since the first minutes, when we were welcomed warmly even if we were late due to the customs and traffic. The position is excellent, 2 minutes walk from the Medina and close to a street and parking where the taxi or rental car can easily arrive. Our room n.1 was like living in an Arab fairytale, super comfortable and spacious, while dinner and breakfasts were exquisite. But the most important thing is the high level of service and courtesy provided by Mehdi and his family, which was discreet and always efficient to plan the best transfers and tours with his partners, all of which proved to be excellent!! We'll be back for sure

Whaouuuuu vraiment un séjours de Rêve des chambres magnifiques atypiques le charme de la ville de Fès retrouvé au sein de ce Ryad une équipe aux petits soins à la marocaine un petit déjeuner juste extraordinaire. Une ville incroyable un guide touristique qui s'appellent "Samir "qui connais parfaitement l'histoire de son pays, une richesse culturelle ainsi que Otmane aux petits soins Pour toute demande personnelle . une femme de ménage extraordinaire qu'il lavait même mes vêtements à la demande incroyable séjour inoubliable.????

emplacement proche de la Médina . Ryad qui mériterait un rafraichissement au niveau des chambres . chambre du bas donnant directement sur le patio lieu du passage et de repas et donc bruyante Petit déjeuner bon mais identique tout les jours . parking payant et gardé à proximité . Ne surtout pas prendre les activités proposé par Samir . Elles sont plus onéreuses qu'ailleurs y compris le transfert aéroport ..L'organisation est mauvaise car Samir a oublié de réserver notre séjour d'une nuit dans le désert (heureusement que notre chauffeur a été réactif ) Aucune excuses en rentrant de ce séjour non réservé Il demande de payer en espèces même la réservation déjà effectué moyennant un repas gratuit au ryad !!! Fes est une ville agréable à visiter mais pas en séjournant au Ryad Naila …

Everything was amazing! The hosts are really nice people. The place looks amazing, the breakfast was very good, it is very clean. They helped us with everything. One of the best experiences we had in Morocco. We strongly recommend this place!

Nous venons de passer une semaine absolument exceptionnelle au Riad Naila. L’accueil, la gentillesse et le sourire de Omar y sont pour beaucoup. Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer une journée entière avec notre guide favori Abdallah qui n’a pas ménagé sa peine pour nous faire visiter la médina du Palais-Royal au quartier des tanneurs Le petit déjeuner était absolument délicieux, la chambre était spacieuse très confortable et décorée avec go?t dans le style marocain. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement. Encore merci à toute l’équipe. Véronique et Carole
