We had the most incredible stay at COMO Maalifushi! We visited for 8 nights in late September and we had such a surreal experience. Our overwater Villa was beautifully designed, with such elegance and charm. It was very modern and spacious, surrounded by a beautiful coral reef and of course the ocean. The service was outstanding, with every staff member being warm, friendly and attentive, making us feel so welcome. Especially our villa host, Maria, who did an amazing job at welcoming us and organising our week. The food was fantastic, very fresh and well prepared with lots of options. What we loved most was the island itself, which was not made too artificial or overly manicured, making our experience feel more authentic and calming and allowing us to appreciate the nature. I was so sad when we had to leave as i truly had an unforgettable experience here. I cannot recommend this resort enough, and in my opinion it is the best in the Maldives!

Es war unsere 3. Reise auf dieMalediven: nach Reethi Rah und Laamu in den letzten 3 Jahren. Unser Gesamterlebnis war herausragend. Besonders gesch?tzt haben wir sie Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe der Insel: kein Traffic durch Flugzeuge oder Boote. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl auf dieser Insel abschalten und den Stecker ziehen zu k?nnen. Auch wir sind von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter des Hotels am Flughafen kontaktiert worden, den den Transfer mit dem Wasserflugzeug erleichterte. Der Flug dauerte eine knappe Stunden und war wie jedes Mal zuvor magisch, da man die Inselwelt von oben beobachten kann. Bei Ankunft auf der Insel wurden wir vom Team sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen, auch das Tropic Surf Team (Justin und Pete), mit dem wir die kommenden 2 Wochen surfen durften, war zugegen. Nach einer kurzen Fahrt mit dem Buggy brachte uns unser Butler Shah zu unserer Wasservila Nr 406. Diese war unglaublich ger?umig: Neben einem Vorraum, besteht die Villa aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit grossem Anziehraum, TV-Vorraum, einem wundersch?nen hellen Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Innen- und Aussendusche. Praktischerweise ist das Badezimmer auch mit einer Klimaanlage versorgt. Zudem 2. ger?umiges Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, mit TV-Vorraum, kleiner praktischer Küche. Der Aussenbereich besteht aus einem Infinitypool, einer Aussendusche, bequemen Aussenliegen und einem Pavillon. Man hat natürlichen direkten Zugang zum Meer, wobei man hier vorsichtig sein muss wegen teils starker Str?mungen. In unserer Villa haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Unsere Villa wurde durch Akkey perfekt saubergehalten. Danke nochmals. Shah, unser Butler, war sehr zuvorkommend, immer pr?sent und dennoch extrem diskret. In beiden Restaurants schmeckt das Essen extrem frisch und exzellent. Die Karte im Madi, welche internationale Gerichte serviert, wechselt alle 3 Tage, w?hrend man im Tai japanische Küche, insbesondere feines Sushi, serviert bekommt. Wir hatten auch bei einer Cooking Class teilgenommen, die sehr lehrreich war und viel Spass machte. Zum Abschluss bekamen wir in der Bar unsere selbst gekochten Gerichte serviert. Wenn man einen kulinarische Herzenswunsch hat, so kann man die Küchenchefs bitten, ein besonderes Gericht ausserhalb des Menus für einen zu kochen. In unserem Fall war es ein k?stliches Butter chicken und Chicken Curry und natürlich das indische k?stliche Dessert Ras Malai. Das Team am Food and Beverage ist sehr professionell, herzlich und zuvorkommend: sei es Neha, Lucky, Aseel oder Aru und viele andere. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem kleinen Buffet. Das Herzstück ist das A La Carte Menu mit leckeren, wirklich frisch zubereiteten internationalen Frühstücksgerichten. Besonders genossen haben wir unsere t?glichen Surfsessions auf Farms mit Pete und Justin des Tropic Surf Teams. Extrem professionell, herzlich und zuvorkommend. I can’t fault this hotel. From the moment we got off the plane, the service was impeccable. We wanted somewhere that was quiet, laid back but luxurious and it was perfect. The food is fresh and consistently delicious and healthy - we had some of the best food we’ve had in decades . The staff are so attentive and lovely. The kid’s club was amazing - our children said it was more fun than Disneyland! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. And the whole site is clean and really well looked after. I had a special birthday while we were there and we were celebrating an anniversary too and the staff went out of their way to make it perfect. We would 100% go back again

We just got back from the most incredible trip to COMO Maalifushi in the Maldives, and honestly, it was everything we wanted and more! The place is absolutely stunning — crystal-clear water, white sandy beaches, and the kind of peace and quiet that makes you forget the rest of the world exists. The weather was perfect the whole time, and the scenery? Just wow. Every view looked like it belonged on a postcard. One of the biggest highlights was being in the water. We swam with tropical fish, sharks, and manta rays, which was amazing — but the real magic happened when we got to swim with turtles. That moment was pure joy and something we’ll never forget. Now, you wouldn’t expect a tiny island in the middle of the Indian Ocean to be a foodie’s dream, but COMO completely blew us away. Every night was a treat, and we were lucky enough to have two five-course degustation dinners hosted by Chef Dika. He didn’t just cook—he took us on a journey. Every dish had a story, and his passion for what he does really came through. We’re convinced he’s on his way to running a Michelin-starred restaurant someday very soon. Expectations versus reality sometimes can be misguided however for us this was not the case. We were very fortunate to have Jaleel at our side throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, until our parting goodbye, he made us feel at home - catering to our every need was never an issue as he was always willing to help, guide and fulfil our every need. Jaleel, along with the rest of the staff, truly made you feel welcomed. All in all, it was the kind of trip that leaves you feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming about going back.

Having stayed in many resorts, I can honestly say COMO Maalifushi stands apart. From arrival to departure, our host Jaleel cared for us with warmth and genuine attentiveness, always on call, anticipating our needs, and even remembering my partner’s birthday in advance, making it unforgettable. His kindness extended not just to us but to the staff, and it showed in the atmosphere of the resort. We also had the pleasure of knowing Latheef, whose knowledge of the resort is unmatched. I could not fault Como Fushi - it is absolutely fabulous in every way. We had an incredible holiday thanks to the wonderful staff who looked after us so well. The food was unbelievably good and so varied with several a la carte menus on offer. We loved the Thai restaurant with freshly caught tuna sashimi. It was unexpected and lovely to be given a snorkel and mask and bicycle on arrival and there was so much to do helping ourselves to kayaks and paddle boards. We can’t wait to return.

Unser Besuch auf Como Maalifushi war bereits die 10 Reise auf die Malediven, die wir ausschlie?lich auf 5 Sterne Inseln verbrachten – und alles in allem, hat uns COMO bisher am Besten gefallen! In Male gelandet wurden wir sofort von einem freundlichen COMO-Mitarbeiter in Empfang genommen, der sich um alles Weitere für den Wasserflug-Transfer kümmerte, w?hrend wir uns in der modernen Lounge ausruhen und st?rken konnten. Alles war perfekt organisiert, wir hatten kaum Wartezeit. Der Wasserflug-Transfer zur Insel dauerte eine knappe Stunde, die durch die magische Aussicht auf die Atolle, wie im Flug vergangen ist. Nach einer kurzen Bootsfahrt von nur wenigen Minuten bei der wir schon von Como GM Peter Nilsson begrü?t wurden, erreichten wir die Insel und wurden dort herzlichst empfangen. Wir hatten sofort das Gefühl ein Teil der Inselfamilie zu sein. Wie auch auf anderen Inseln, hat auch COMO einen Butler-Service für alle Wünsche und Anliegen. Naail, unser Butler, war uns sofort sympathisch. In den 16 N?chten auf der Insel wurde er für uns zu einem Begleiter, der sich sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, diskret und immer professionell um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert hat. Nach einer kleinen Inseltour erreichten wir die Watervilla Nr. 315, in der wir uns in unserem Urlaub wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Die Villa ist sch?n aufgeteilt. Mit getrenntem Wohn- und Schlafbereich, einem gro?zügigen begehbarem Kleiderschrank, und einem sch?nen Bad mit gro?er Badewanne. überall findet man viel Stauraum und Schubladen. Selbst unsere riesigen Koffer konnten wir gut verstauen, so dass man nicht st?ndig an die Abreise erinnert wird. Sehr zu erw?hnen sind auch die vielen Hand- und Badetücher, die t?glich gewechselt wurden, wenn Bedarf war. Der Au?enbereich der Villa ist ein Traum. Mit gro?em Pavillon und Pool, Au?endusche und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Sehr sch?n ist hierbei, dass man über eine Treppe ins Wasser gelangt und nicht über eine Leiter. 2x am Tag kommt der Roomservice. Unser guter Geist, Akkey hat das hervorragend gemacht. Er hat uns t?glich mit frischem Obst und Wasser versorgt und alles perfekt in Ordnung gebracht. übrigens sind auch Softdrinks und Snacks bei HP in der Villa inkludiert. Es gibt 2 Restaurants und eine Bar auf COMO. Das Restaurant Tai hat japanische Gerichte. Der Koch Dika ist Weltklasse! Wir würden uns nicht wundern, wenn er schon bald seinen ersten Stern bekommen würde. Er und seine Mannschaft zaubern k?stliche Gaumenfreuden mit ausgeklügelten Aromen. Die Maalifushi Rolls sind gro?artig! Der tolle Blick übers Meer mit wundersch?nen Sonnenunterg?ngen ist perfekt für einen Sundowner. In diesem Restaurant bekommt man 90,- Dollar Credit. Was für uns vollkommenen ausreichte. Das zweite Restaurant ist das Madi. Hier wird das a la Carte Frühstück mit kleinem Buffet eingenommen und zum Dinner (auch a la Carte) internationale Gerichte, viel Fisch und k?stliche Desserts. In HP sind 3 G?nge inkludiert.
