Guest：My wife and I have talked about going to Maldives for years. Thanks to the war in Iran our tickets to Europe through Doha were canceled. Since we live in Thailand, we questioned the value. But we found the extra cost was well worth it. Centara was a great value for us. The food and alcohol choices and quality were high. Plus we found the staff to be wonderful. They very attentive, friendly and just fun to talk with. Their happiness is contagious, and we found that the other guests seem to unwind making the social environment excellent. Specifically, we found Inan, our designated host, to be a perfect introduction to a perfect week. He made us feel special. That doesn't happen often. Next, Nuwan, the Chef at Blufin, an a la cart restaurant, to be both an excellent gastronomic expert (makes fantastic food) and also a really outgoing and friendly man. He offered to, and prepared for us, 2 off-menu meals that were interesting and delicious. He went way beyond our expectations. Lastly, we found Ushantey, the main restaurant manager; and Davayani, the Diving manager, to be exceptionally friendly and attentive. Again, they clearly enjoy their work . And they were willing to go beyond expectations to make our 20th Anniversary an unforgettable experience. Thank you all.
Guest：Honestly, where do I start. This place blew me away from day one. The villa was incredible — woke up every morning to the most amazing ocean color I've ever seen in my life. We had our own private pool which made watching the sunrises and sunsets something else entirely. My family and I just stood there every evening like "is this real life?" The food was honestly top notch. Three open buffets a day, super diverse, always fresh, always delicious — the whole family was happy every single meal which trust me is not easy! The BBQ nights were a highlight, great vibes and even better food. Big shoutout to Chef Hassan, Chef Ahmed and Chef Alessandro — these guys are seriously talented. Every meal felt special because of them. The staff were great too — friendly, welcoming, always smiling and genuinely caring. You could tell they actually wanted you to have a good time, not just going through the motions. If you're thinking about a family trip to the Maldives, just do it. Centara is the one. We're already talking about coming back.
Guest：My husband and I booked a package through VIP traveler and had an amazing time. This was our first time in the Maldives. The resort is beautiful and new. We loved our villa with our pool that overlooked the ocean. We were able to swim in the ocean directly from our villa. The water is so clear you can see the fish and the nurse sharks directly from the dock. The food at the restaurants was also really good. We had the all inclusive package. The plan also allowed us to have meals at the neighboring resort, Mirage. The service was also incredible. Our concierge, Shaiha, was so sweet and she helped with arranging anything we needed.
