H?tel de rêve, magnifique et reposant, chambres parfaites (lit ultra confortable, vue incroyable, propreté impeccable), personnel accueillant, chaleureux et souriant dès votre arrivée (merci à Adama et Antonio pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité), spa toujours aussi incroyable… cet h?tel est un chef d’?uvre du début jusqu’à la fin !

Hotel was beautiful. Excellent facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice but we did have a disappointing [and expensive] meal in La Parilla restaurant. The quality was nowhere near that which would be expected of a 5 star hotel.

Room was very clean, but they need modernising and it would be 5 star. Staff were all happy and very polite, great service culture

The Hotel its self was amazing. Our room was very lovely and the cleaning of the room was great. There was only 2 things that let it down, the Mediterranean restaurant and the bar. The service in the Mediterranean restaurant was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bar we had to wait 40 minutes for a drink. On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel. This doesn't take it away that the hotel is fantastic and looking forward to return in the future.

Zimmer, Personal und Anlage waren perfekt. Lediglich beim ebenfalls sehr guten Frühstück würde ich bem?ngeln, dass die warmen Speisen wie Rühreier,Tomaten oder Bratkartoffeln nur lauwarm waren.

The hotel spotless and fully staffed . The hotel is beautiful and rooms to a high standard . Had it not been for a huge disappointment of not getting as advertised garden view would rate higher . The junior suite with garden view is a view of the reception canopy and a noisy road . Unhappy was shown another room one floor above same view . After a stale mate had to pay €300 to get a quite acceptable view . This was a lot lot more than if I had booked the Mountain View with ******* . Felt ripped off and marred my holiday . Had advised ******* after submitting how was check in. With reception badgering me 3 times to change review and going over same disagreement ( see pic of room with suppose garden view

L'h?tel est fantastique. Il y a plusieurs piscines à des températures différentes. Tout est calme et agréable. Il y a un magnifique jardin à l'h?tel, avec petit lac et plantes magnifiques. Les soins au spa sont excellents.

Me encantó mi estancia en el Hotel Botánico. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. El servicio fue excelente, el desayuno muy completo y variado, y lo que más destacaría es la limpieza impecable de todas las instalaciones. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería.
