A really excellent place to stay. Sandra was the perfect host (very kind and thoughtful) and the apartment was perfect (including liots of delicious fruit from the garden).

Stayed for three days whilst awaiting flight home. The appartment was supprisingly spacious and very well equiped.

My wife and me are just back from a wonderful time in Split. The Apartments Cordis was a fantastic place to spend our holiday. Beautiful apartment with all the amenities we needed. Lovely balcony too. There’s a nice little pool area and terrace. There’s a beach just 10/15 mins walk from the apartments. In addition there are a couple of bus stops close by which we used to travel into the Old Town. A 10 min journey and only a couple of euros. A special mention to Sandra who runs the apartments. She provided us with great information regarding transport, places to visit/eat etc.A genuinely lovely lady. I would definitely recommend Apartments Cordis.

We really loved staying in Cordis, the room is nice and well equiped with everything you need, plus relaxing at the pool, very nicely located in between all the trees, has been lovely.
The cherry on the cake however is the staff, Sandra and the owners are the best! They do everything to make your stay as convenient as possible and they’re so nice. Because of them, we’d love to come back some other time and enjoy Split and Apartments Cordis.

We had the most delightful time at the Apartments Cordis. The staff bent over backwards to help us with late check in, directions and recommendations. The pool was a real treat, usually all to ourselves and surrounded by fresh fruit growing and hanging over the pool.
Our apartment was lovely, very cool from the A/C and filled with lots of of kind extra touches. The bed was brilliantly firm and so comfortable.
The only downside to our stay was that the shower leaked into the bathroom a lot. The space between the toilet and shower was very small, not great for tall people. The floors needed more cleaning. And the WiFi was a bit patchy.
The neighbourhood was conveniently located with a bus stop and shops 5 mins away. It’s close to the new beach and the centre of town. We enjoyed browsing in the Thrift store round the corner.
All in all a great stay that I would repeat.

My mother and i stayed here for 5 nights away from London and can only praise the care we got from Sandra and her lovely mother Anna! The flat had all the amenities w needed (they even out out umbrella when it rained!) It was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable apartment - I can only highly recommend it! The local beach was gorgeous and had static umbrellas for free of charge also.

The hostess Sandra is exceptional, she is very attentive and makes sure everything is ok. The apartment is very clean but the decor is dated. The issue is location. It is quite a distance from the Old town, so we had to get taxis all the time, which adds to the cost of the holiday. There is nothing in the area as it's residential. The nearby beach is closed so the next beach is not walkable in the heat.

The apartment was great. We were greeted friendly when we arrived, we were immediately shown our apartment and everything was explained. In addition, there was a big welcome gift with more than the essentials. The apartment was very well equipped. You have a refrigerator, a microwave, dishes, a stove, several balconies and much more. The outdoor area by the pool was always clean and more than satisfactory. But now we come to the best, namely the service. The lady who showed us everything has a big heart and always puts a smile on your face. You can ask her anything and she will be happy to answer everything and give you tips to help you. A great accommodation with the best service. Thank you for this great experience. ??
