Guest：Ms Gerney Perry the front desk supervisor welcomed us and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Ms Gerney Perry is an asset to your hotel and all your customers. She genuinely care and is very professional.All the employees we interacted with had a great attitude, always displaying a smile on their faces and were anxious and ready to make your stay confortable. Mr John the breakfast attendant and the breakfast cook did an outstanding job and the food quality and the cleanliness of the dining room was excellent. Our bedroom suite was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the decor of the room very nice . The housekeepers are doing a good job keeping our bedroom clean and they were all very pleasant when interacting with us .

Guest：I begin with my four basic criteria: 1) Cleanness: 10/10. The room was absolutely spotless, clean as new, excellent. 2) Quietness: 9/10. Quite good, except for the air breezing around, see point 3. 3) Temperature control: 7/10. If you turn the system off, still there is a cool breeze floating around and I had it on my face all night. The second day I realized that if you put the system on heat, and set the temperature at lower than the actual temperature in the room, the systems finally will stop, with no air. Complicated. 4) No hidden fees: 10/10. Seems to be a new trend to add unannounced fees, but thankfully no such thing here. The room is designed in a Scandinavian style, it is very nice with a lot of attention to details. As an example, when you lower the main shade, it slides into a sort of metal cubicle so that no light gets through, very smart. Breakfast was OK but with a cook there, I wish they had more than one choice to make better use of the cook. One day it was French toast with fruits and no I cannot cook eggs for you. Day two it was pancakes. It does the job but could be better. It is a shame however that they are no safes in the rooms, to me they are essential, as otherwise your need to walk around with all your valuables. Close to the hotel are the Tanger Outlet stores, with more restaurants beyond. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, given the reasonable pricing and all of the above. You can take the CARTA bus # 11 to downtown Charleston but I do not recommend it. The bus does not follow its schedule and the “live” information given on the web site is off (by 25 minutes in my case). It also rides through a bit of a rough neighborhood.

Guest：This hotel has become our new favorite in the Charleston area. We have stayed there 5x since our kids all go to college in the area. It is reasonably priced, easily accessible from Interstate 26, and close to the Tanger Outlets. The hotel is brand new and it is beautifully decorated. The staff are fantastic and have always been very attentive to our requests. We received first-class service from Courtney and Darlene at the front desk, and John, the front lobby ambassador, makes the place feel like home during the morning breakfast hours. The breakfast is delicious and different from the typical ones you get at many of the other hotels.

Guest：WOW! Clean, comfortable rooms with friendly staff. This place was impressive. Even the exterior was well maintained.
