Guest：经常选择万豪系，宜昌Westin的服务可以説是亲切到位。家庭出游，带了长者小孩，感受到各个岗位的员工都礼貌认真，大家体验不错。苏经理服务热情周到，安排的房间很满意，江景景色非常优美。可以改进的点是晚上睡起来还是有点热。: 2025-12-01

Guest：酒店给升级了套房，新酒店，设计和品质标准都很好，床垫和布草超级舒服，最大的亮点，酒店泳池也很出片。服务也有需要提升的地方，我出门时，不小心打了勿扰的灯，一直到晚上撒10点回房间也没打扫，（应该有个流程跟客人电话询问），回来后打电话要求打扫房间，催了一次后，来了个服务员，么有打扫车，空着手拿走几个杯子，换了两毛巾，就走了，衞生就没打扫，垃圾桶我提醒她才换了，还留了几个没换。: 2025-12-01
