For us the most important aspect is the hospitality and we felt it here at the reception office. The young lady helped us in many ways, starting from taxi from train station to transport services and charger. We thank you for the early check in! The room was nice and we had hot water. We didn’t use the pool but it looked like a cozy place. It is more suitable for summer, we hope to come back!

Amazing zen staying experience. Peaceful and nicely zen feeling room. Perfect location next to Bao Guo Shi. Walking distance. The Hot spring is wonderful and relaxing. Breakfast is good with verity of foods.Friendly and helpful front desk. Will definitely come back agian.

酒店环境很好很新 房间乾净衞生 一次性用具齐全 榻榻米房间非常有特色，而且特别值得一提的是房间保暖做得很好，冬天来玩不开空调也非常温暖，现在是淡季来的 酒店的生意也很不错，客人挺多，早饭很丰富，以后来峨眉还会再来

超级超级赞的一家酒店，峨眉山脚下，距离报国寺游客中心走路十分钟不到，周边有一整条街的吃饭买装备的地方，冬天爬山之前一定要提前在山下买好装备。酒店洗衣房健身房温泉游泳池一应俱全，爬山前一晚泡温泉放松一下，第二天早上吃个早餐就可以猛猛爬山了！

Quiet surroundings. Room is spacious… hotel staff are friendly. Near to a few pick up bus to go up to Emei… has a bath at the ground floor.

酒店乾净衞生，入住时还给我们升级了房间，离报国寺很近，步行5分钟就能达到，我们是自驾过去的，酒店有免费停车场，下次还会预订

带爸妈来玩，他们上山我睡懒觉，酒店有下午茶区域可以休息，晚上安静房间没异味 早餐也还不错，餐厅打扫乾净 前台小姐姐人美性格好，下次来峨眉会再来住得

因为是周末就喜欢到峨眉山爬山，所以有空经常就会过来，比较过几家最终一直选择在这家的原因是：第一离报国寺很近上山很方便，第二离美食街近吃饭购物方便，第三也是最重要的酒店环境好乾净衞生一应俱全早餐合口味幽静的院子里还可以泡温泉自家有停车场，第四前台小姐姐态度非常好有亲和力给人宾至如归的感觉！

A super and friendly staff at reception..they helped me solve most of my trip problems and gave me a great solution and advice!
The environment is nice ,just 10 minutes away from town. Silent and peaceful Zen environment...too bad I don't have much time here to enjoy their Zen Tea

离峨眉山景区大门，报国寺步行5分钟，房间宽敞，乾净，早餐味道不错！酒店自己的停车场，汤泉乾净温度适宜，适合家人出行放松！

What a lovely place! The hotel is very nice, clean and in good location. Breakfast in Chinese styes. We love it! They have a hot spring as well and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. You can walk to the emeishan ticket center within 3-5 mins. Surrounding area also have to small waterfall which it is really peacefully. Recommended!

很好的酒店，给酒店服务经理点赞，去的时候没让酒店接，到了酒店和经理商量走的时候把我门送到高铁站很爽气、真好、泡汤也真的很舒服，还有下午茶茉莉花茶，真香

居然出乎预料的惊喜，我自己觉得应该是离报国寺最近的最好的酒店，走路去报国寺5分钟吧，可以温泉，可以喝茶，酒店的每一个细节都做的到位，很精致，温泉的体验也很好，前台接待也很温暖，每个时候都是笑脸，一次很静心的旅行，身心都得到滋养

这次入住禅意汤泉·十方三院，感觉还是挺不错的，2025年新开的，酒店位於峨眉山报国寺附近，差不多走过去5分钟左右，这样一来比起一走几小时，真的是出行超便捷。工作人员热情周到，尤其是泡温泉那儿帮忙的阿姨气质好，也热情，细心，有求必应。最具特色的就是汤泉了，水质清澈，走了一整天下来泡在其中十分解乏。不太好的是昨晚上有个员工网上直播，一个女生池子大家都跑到另一个池子，然後还一直镜头跟着直追直播，然後不到20分钟两个池子跑只剩我和老公。房间前台説人不多帮升级，乾净还算乾净，整体体验是不错的，下次来峨眉山，希望做得更好。
