For a deluxe room, it's very spacious! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They are fast in ensuring you have a pleasant stay. I would say that the place is more towards the family oriented though. If you are traveling with children, they would love the slides at the pool side. Though it would be nice if those who are not traveling with family can be place further from families as the kids then to be running around the floor which isn't really good.
Breakfast spread wise, it's okay I guess. The area to eat breakfast is away from the main hotel. Hence, you have to walk a bit to the breakfast area. The mountain view is worth it though. It's nice to have a nice hot drink at the balcony with the mountain view in the morning. Water heater wise, if you need the hot water, it's definitely good! They have shampoo and soap with all the bathroom necessities as well. Worth the stay!

Kekurangan:
Akses jalan menuju hotel jelek bgt. Kulkas di kamar tidak dingin, wastafel sempat mampet. Toilet bau, wlpn sdh di flush berulang kali. Keset tidak ada.
Kelebihan:
Bnyk lokasi bermain untk anak. Air minum isi ulang tersedia, menu sarapan lmyn bnyk. Tidak disediakan handuk untk berenang.

1. no airconditioner (actually this hotel use ice fan)
2. no phone in the room (i can't request something)
3. late service (when i request spoon and ice, they takes time 2hours)

It depends a bit in which part of the hotel you are staying. The renovated part looks beautiful and nice. The not renovated part is standard. Swimming pool is great.

Hotel resort ini memiliki fasilitas lengkap dr arena bermain sampai aktivitas utk anak2 dan dewasa.kolam renang luas serta playgroundnya.akses ke hotel jg mudah. Walaupun sempat terkendala handuk yg blm disiapkan dlm kamar tp respon dan Pelayanannya terbaik dr para staff. Utk sarapan banyak variasi yg bs di coba utk rasa cukup enak di lidah.Terbaik!
