Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning. Our maintenance team was unfortunately only able to repair it the day after your departure.Regarding the stairway, as our hotel is only two floors high with eight rooms, it's not feasible to install an elevator. We understand this may be an inconvenience for some guests.Nevertheless we hope to host you again in the future. Best regards

Not a hotel, but a guest house level. The hotel room does not have a TV cable connection, no broadcasting, and many things are different from the information provided by the hotel. The stairs leading to the third floor room are so steep that they are dangerous.

Overall it was ok. We were put in a room on 2nd floor. There is no elevator. I requested the 1st floor due to my knee problems. My request was denied as they were fully booked. The stairs were steep. It was really hard to walk up to the 2nd floor. I told them that I will have to cancel my 2nd day since walking up was a hardship. It is then that they relocated us the 1st floor. I still had to take one flight up steep stairs. The bathroom sink faucet was broken and fixed with electrical tape. It sprayed water on us. ?I told the front desk and they fixed before our 2nd night. The a/c worked well. Only 2 bath towels provided. No hand towels. They did give us a 3rd bath towel on request. The breakfast was a choice of egg and either orange juice or water. Coffee was extra. Since we were leaving early our last day, we asked if they could provide us, at 7:30 am, with an egg sandwich in the morning before breakfast hours started at 7:45 am. They were able to accommodate us. The rooms were nothing like the photos posted online.

Hotel con ambiente muy agradable y muy céntrico, al lado?del Palacio Real. El desayuno muy bueno. Tiene una tienda de vinos donde tomar una copa.

Comfortable boutique hotel within easy walking distance to the riverside. Friendly receptionists and breakfast was tasty. Will definitely return.

Очень приятный отель практически в центре Пном Пеня. Лобби выглядит стильно, там можно заказать кофе или вино. Комната была чистой, просторной, но ванная комната немного уставшей. Есть собственная терраса, где можно завтракать! В номере не было электрического чайника и фена. Насторожила входная дверь — видны следы взлома, поэтому ключ проворачивался с трудом и было немного боязно оставлять вещи. Но все обошлось:)

Very clean, great location, and good service! Wifi can be spotty and there is gaps in the door which allows many mosquitos into the room.
