Al llegar nos trasladaron a otro hotel cercano sin previo aviso, lo cual no esperábamos. La habitación era aceptable, aunque no tan nueva como la descripción original. Sin embargo nos dijeron que era un upgrade porque era de mayor tama?o y disponía de ascensor La recepcionista fue muy amable y atenta, nos reservo las entradas al parque lo cual apreciamos mucho. La ubicación es muy buena y la estancia fue correcta, aunque recomendamos verificar bien el hotel antes de reservar.

地理位置優越，離東門近，步行幾分鐘到，附近餐飲多，前臺服務很好，進幫忙提行李，退房也幫忙拿到樓下。

性價比很高，民宿很新很乾凈，房間不靠主路，相對安靜很多；距離武陵源大門口也挺近，走五分鐘就到；前臺小哥哥很熱情很實在，有問題可以隨便問他！

The cleanliness good be a bit better, I saw a lot of stains on the bathroom walls and also in the room. At least no bugs. Rooms only have a curtain, no net curtains so with the curtains open you can see inside the room from the street. There is a fridge on the ground floor you can use, I was led to a hostel across the back street for the microwave. Service is prompt through Wechat. Right next door there's major construction going on so maybe not the best place to stay if you're sensitive to noise.

位置老板服務都沒得説沒有停車位老板都會盡量協調的比別的客棧好多了然後就是房間的門吧透光會影響睡眠??靠後面客棧的房間呢窗簾透光整體還是不錯的推薦入住

老板非常好。移動電源在機場，因為沒有3c標志不能帶上飛機。趕緊外賣買了個移動電源送到當地民宿，等到了民宿已經將近是凌晨1:30了，老板還在門口等著。唯一缺點就是民宿沒有電梯，箱子抬到5樓有點累。

房間很乾凈，地方也比較好找，空調很貼心的擋住了。住著特別舒適，非常推薦

距離景區東門非常近，好找，老板娘人很好，提前給辦理了入住手續，房間乾凈，就是臨街有點吵。早上很早就有早餐叫賣聲。下次來張家界還會選擇的。
