Staff were friendly. Clean room and just 3 blocks from the C train station which is 2 -3 stops from downtown mall which is fre. I would stay there again.

这次住的是 Calgary Downtown 的 Element。我们平时比较常住机场那间，空间更大，也更喜欢。Downtown 这家很新，不过同样价位房间明显比机场店小一些。最大的问题是停车不太方便，没有正式的停车场。要麽停 street 上每天早上九点前去续费，要麽选择代客泊车$35/天。我们停在街边虽然没出事，但总觉得不太安心。之前住卡加里的其他酒店大多都有免费停车或地下停车场，即使收费也可以自己停进去，比较自由也更放心。早餐环境不错，但内容偏基础。地理位置还行，出行方便。浴室水压偏弱，景观一般。床品是北美比较常见的夹层式，睡起来没有那麽舒适。工作人员服务，需要房间补充毛巾之类的都很快回复，房间内的胶囊咖啡很喜欢。顶楼有露台，太冷了没坐外面，夏天去可能比较好。整体算是还行，但如果介意停车和房间大小，机场那家会更适合一些。

从来没给过差评这辈子第一次给。非常无语，一共就住了一天按金退了我一个月多的时间才到手。中间左催右催无数次，後来邮件也不咋回。不知道酒店内部是什麽财会流程？一个住户的按金要审批一个月有余？也没有给什麽额外的补偿，威斯汀我真的这辈子都不想住了。

Really nice clean hotel, we had a king bed suite with a nice kitchenette with a microwave,fridge and nespresso coffee machine and pods!!! Was a great stay. Breakfast was amazing. Only downside was they dont have underground or their own parking so we parked on a paid parking lot a block away but only cost us $8/day. Definitely one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Would recommend ????

We stayed at Elements Downtown Calgary and booked a river view room. Unfortunately, the "river view" was misleading—our room faced an office building across the street, and the river was only barely visible if you would leaned far out the window. The room itself was spacious and nicely designed, which we appreciated.723 Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—simple but satisfying, and included in the room rate, which added good value to the stay. However, a few practical details were missing. There were no hangers or hooks to hang bath towels after showering, nor any in the entrance area for jackets. For a new hotel, this felt like an oversight. Another oddity: virtual credit cards via mobile wallets weren’t accepted. In 2025, and for a modern hotel, that’s quite unexpected. also one night they used add authorization my credit card to hold additional 50 cad??? despite having already a deposit of over 900. During the whole stay they forgot to clean my room. one complained at 4pm they told me they only have cleanrs until 3 ….. The shower was large, but the fixed showerhead mounted to the wall wasn’t ideal. A European-style handheld showerhead would be much more functional, especially for targeted cleaning. the gym is great, modern, daylight and aery. this is really great and clean with wifi Overall, the hotel has potential, but adjustments could make the experience smoother and more comfortable. We worst surprise was the bill at check in, depite having a confirmstion from bonvoy app....,our stay for x nights including taxes, they charged wrong daily rates as well as taxes and could not fix it during checkout. Still now ...four days later it dorsnt shiw the right amount. They should charge what was confirmed as total and not add additonal charges !!!! Being a bonvoy memeber over 20 years, with platinum status, this never ever happened to me .i guess i need to follow up with marriott nonvoy after my holidays to get this done. Really a bad surprise.
