Quiero felicitarlos por el excelente servicio que siempre ofrecen al momento de hacer uso de este bello hotel. Desde el presonal de vigilancia, personal de aseo, recepcionistas y demás se siente el compromiso y entrega con el que realizan sus actividades. Los felicito por ello y espero puedan continuar en el tiempo y realizando muchas más mejoras que ayuden a que cuando uno visite a BOGOTá la priema opción sean ustedes. Mil gracias nuevamente.

Brand new hotel. Recognized my Diamond status with a suite upgrade.beautiful hotel with good value. No Executive lounge. Good breakfast and good service. Coffee machine in the room. Nice modern bathroom with all Amenities. Excellent WiFi and tv with English channels

Great hotel, I arrived and got my warm cookie and as a diamond member should get an upgrade on availability, I asked if I have been upgraded and he said yes, I got the room and was a normal room and I unpacked and did some work, the next morning I went to reception and asked them if I had been upgraded and they said no and upgraded me, and apologized, the hotel was quite empty for my whole stay and maximum people I saw at breakfast was 2 the whole 11 days I was there. I use both restaurants, the Mexican restaurant was okay but not really taste Mexican and the main restaurant in the other hotel which you can charge your room was good and tasted ok, front desk staff were great and not many people spoke English but still ok. Had a great time there

Hotel peca por querer for?ar todos os hospedes a ouvir musica o tempo todo. Ele tem uma estrutura de um grande v?o interno que ecoa sons para todos os apartamentos, e logo pela manh? é possível ouvir uma musica tocando desde o 2 andar. A noite fica tudo pior quando colocam um pianista cantando aos berros, quando o que vocês quer é um pouco de silêncio depois de um longo dia de trabalho.
