The surrounding area is part of a popular tourist zone, so some cafés and stores may be priced higher; however, there are more affordable options just a few minutes’ walk away.Regarding the two-bedroom apartment: as you mentioned, it follows a dual-key layout with two identical studio rooms sharing one main entrance — offering privacy while still being convenient for families or groups.
