房间很大，保安措施严格，路对面购物中心吃饭买东西很方便

This hotel is just a small road across to The SARIT CENTER & WESTGATE MALL. Very convenient and safe.

The morning view of the pool with sunlight shining and reflecting is beautiful. Breakfast selection is healthy with chia seeds and quinoa. Their gym equipment is Techno Gym. The atmosphere at the reception when I checked-in at 7:30pm was vibrant and fun with live DJ spinning.

A very modern, clean, and spacious hotel in a great location. The breakfast was tasty with numerous options, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

住了两晚，第二天衞生间压根就没打扫。
楼下开门帮忙搬行李的员工一直缠着让我给她买午饭。
在酒店并没有感受到安全感。 员工要小费的企图太明显。

地理位置特别好，就在一个大型商场的正对面，属于内罗毕治安很好的区域。从酒店出发到内罗毕市区的主要景点打车十几分钟可达，Uber也好叫。酒店早餐品种丰富，乾净衞生。

The hotel is very modern and beautiful. Rooms and common areas are spacious, food is excellent and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Located next to a mall with all kinds of shops so it’s very convenient.

The Hyatt is centrally located for convenience it’s across Sarit Center which has a lovely selection of restaurants. The staff were amazing and were always on hand to assist with request big and small. We had booked a family safari and were due to be picked at 6am; the restaurant was great enough to provide weetbix for our daughter at 5am, this was greatly appreciated. Simon, Jackson and Eddie were all very helpful
