Thank you for your feedback. We were a little surprised by your comment, as coffee is always available to our guests 24/7, not just during breakfast hours. This is explained at check-in, and we’ve set up a fully stocked guest coffee bar in the kitchen for your convenience. In the mornings, while our cook is focused on preparing breakfast, I personally assist guests with any needs — and I can assure you, I would never turn anyone away who was looking for coffee.It’s possible there was a misunderstanding, and if so, I truly apologize. I take pride in being warm and welcoming, especially first thing in the morning, and I’m sorry if you felt otherwise. We value your input and will keep working to ensure every guest feels cared for.
