The room was very spacious and luxurious. The bed was the best of our holiday. The reception wasn’t helpful at all. We had a problem with the electrical sockets and the receptionist only wanted to come and look at the room after much insistence.
Hotel is walking distance to the shuttle bus stop to go up to Emeishan, n going towards the town & 报国寺, but not many dining choices available nearby.
Room is clean & comfy, but toilet is not well maintained, missing shower glass door not replaced, whole toilet becomes wet & messy all the time. Hotel is WITHOUT elevator, NOT suitable for elderly.
Breakfast spread is mediocre, coffee machine cannot use
The cleanliness of the hot springs dips at top floor can be improved. Gym room is abondoned totally
The fan inking experience & train station transfer is the good extra offering from this hotel though... Plus the helpful & friendly hospitality render by the staff !
That was absolutely amazing experience in at Emeishan, our stay was gorgeous want to go back every weekend staff are chill, kind and accomodating cheap and so much value
