Posto centralissimo in Parma: a 5 minuti a piedi tutti i musei, chiese, teatro, negozi e ristoranti del centro; In un palazzo d'epoca suites e appartamenti ristrutturati da poco, come nuovi e silenziosissimi; Ambienti molto puliti e confortevoli, bagno ampio con megadoccia; Presenti un angolo cottura e zona pranzo che ci hanno permesso pranzo e colazioni in camera con tutto relax; Personale gentilissimo e super efficiente. Non potevamo chiedere di più: voto massimo con lode!

This is a really great location in Parma. The room had excellent amenities, very comfortable bed and pillows, kitchen well equiped, except for washing liquid, sponge and tea towel. Apparently travellers are supposed to provide their own - weird to expect travellers to do that. The air conditioning was excellent and needed as it was very hot outside. Check in is at the Novotel and they provide a shuttle service to the Palazzo, but no return service (10 min walk back there with luggage) or a taxi, to collect our car from Novotel car park (€18 per night). We were very comfortable here. I’m not sure where the photo of the dome in their advertising was taken, but we didn’t see it, or anything remotely like it, at the palazzo.

Das Palazzo ist mitten in der Altstadt. Wir hatten 5 Zimmer in der gleichen Kategorie. Alle anders und teilweise auch mit dem Kücheninventar. Einige hatten eine Kettle ander nicht. Aber man konnte ohne Probleme vor dem Frühstück einen Kaffee trinken. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber, einige heller als andere. Grosser Kleiderschrank, Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, plus Sitzecke. Moderne Badezimmer. Leider konnte man bei allen Zimmern die Regendusche nicht benützten, da fast kein Wasser kam. Die Betten waren sehr gut und es war sehr leise. Ausser ein doofes Pipsen die ganze Nacht von einer benachbarten Pizzeria. Um die Ecke gibt es Restaurants und Kaffees, so dass man schnell raus zum Frühstück kann. Das Putzpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns einige male aus den vom Novotel verursachten Problemen geholfen. Bucht man die Zimmer über die Homepage, weiss man nicht, dass man im Novotel beim Bahnhof (ca. 10 Min. laufen) einchecken muss. Entweder erf?hrt man dass bei Lesen der Bewertungen oder auf der Best?tigung der Zimmer. Eigendlich müsste ich hier null Punkte geben, den das Novotel hat auf der ganze Linie komplett versagt (Nicht funktionierende Schlüsselkarten, falsche Zimmernummern zugewiesen, Telefon nicht abgenommen etc.) Da aber die Unterkunft selbe wirklich gut ist, werde ich das Novotel separat bewerten) Trotzdem würden wir das Palazzo nie mehr buchen, eben wegen dem Novotel.

Parma is a lovely city. A perfect blend of old and new lots of sites to see and incredible food. And it was a fantastic opportunity to practice my Italian, as unlike other large Italian cities, they don’t automatically default English. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

We were very disappointed ?? with this apartment from the pictures we understood it to be on two floors instead the bed, sofa bed, kitchen was all on one floor. There is no kettle to make tea or coffee and was told that they don’t provide kettles as guests were stealing them and we needed to boil the saucepan of water !! A kettle is a basic kitchen appliance that all hotel rooms and apartments would have. Boiling a saucepan and pouring it into a mug or tea pot is dangerous and not as safe as a kettle. Checking in at the Novotel was no problem but we were just handed a key and a map to show where to walk to get to the apartment. No information in the apartment, like a WiFi code or local information. Also the air conditioning does not go less than 20 degrees. The advert of the apartment on booking websites is misleading and should show all the options of rooms and what facilities they have. The location is great and better than Novotel as closer to the centre. With just a little more care and attention these problems could be taken care of.

ottimo hotel.nuovo ,pulito e situato in centro città. consigliato sia per clintela business che leisure.dotato di ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno ideale.torneremo sicuramente.veramente consigliato

Posto magnifico, pulizia impeccabile, nuova costruzione a soli 2 passi dal centro! Ho pernottato presso il Residence Le Poste per motivi lavorativi, ma sono sicura che se dovessi trovarmi nuovamente a Parma, saprei chi contattare!

Ci tenevo a recensire questa mia piacevolissima esperienza in quel di Parma, durante i giorni del Cibus, nei quali mi è stato difficilissimo trovare una sistemazione nei dintorni del centro storico. Ero riuscita comunque a trovare posto presso il Residence Le Cupole, gestito sempre dal Novotel. Al momento del check-in, con mia grande sopresa, ho ricevuto un upgrade e sono stata collocata in questo lussuoso appartamento praticamente in pieno centro storico ( a 180 mt dal Teatro Regio), senza un centesimo in più. Stanza grande, curata, dotata di ogni comfort ( aggiungerei magari un bollitore elettrico), ben due televisori a schermo piatto, cucina digitale super attrezzata, caffè, zucchero, te e tisane. Pulizia eccellente. Ringrazio ancora il Novotel per questa piacevolissima esperienza, in una città che già di per sè mi è piaciuta tantissimo
