Great location. House keeping is excellent and go beyond, we were on level 6 and the cleaner was excellent with any extra requirements. Found front desk staff very corporate, business like and a little dismissive, they need to relax a little more and be more attentive to the guest they are serving.

这次去西班牙旅游因为是第二次去，我对巴塞隆拿市中心较为了解就选择了这家酒店，主要就是考虑到去各景点和购物都比较近方便，另外一个原因是看到这酒店房间面积相较于其他市中心酒店大一点。我因为自己办签证早早就在携程上下单预订了这家酒店。实际入住时确发现房间与我在携程网上看到的照片不一致，此外酒店收取小童的餐费与携程网上标注的价格不相符。当时由于酒店前台说他解决不了这个问题，加上已是当时时间晚上十二点多，我们就先入住了，次日我电话告知携程客服等我回国后在和她们协商解决。我们退房时由于打车回酒店时有些堵车严重晚到了十分钟，我拿着行李箱到前台退房时是中午十二点十三分，我表达了歉意并解释了遇到堵车但前台女服务人员态度很不好。以上情况供大家参考。

酒店位置非常好，窗外的景色很美，房间干燥清洁舒适，很精致。前台的服务非常非常非常非常好（尤其是对比接下来入住的酒店前台的态度之后），让我们的西班牙之旅有个很愉快的开始。十岁孩子需要加床，30欧。这家酒店各方面可以说是完美，让人住得非常舒服开心。极力推荐

房间很好，床很大！工作人员也很热情！在酒店外面刚下出租车就有工作人员来帮着拿箱子！早餐也很丰盛，有很多的选择！

非常满意的酒店。位置绝佳，如果脚力尚可，基本无需交通工具就可以citywalk巴塞。房间虽然不大但风格宜人，家俱、洗浴设施虽然简单但不失设计感。强烈推荐！

非常好的酒店，窗外便可看到大教堂，逛出去非常方便。除了房间略小一点，其他都很好。紧邻的餐厅很美味，物价也很平，算加分项。所以虽然设施并没有很完美，也给个五星啦

位置：离大教堂很近，步行可到主要景点房间：比较大，有窗，整洁服务：尚台热情，态度好出行：方便，离地铁站5分钟步行路程餐饮：周边超市、餐厅多
