The experience at the hotel was very very good. Very comfortable and well located. But I want to mention the extraordinary and gentle support from Mrs. AISLING. she is a very client oriented person as well as kind and efficient. She is Excellent.

We received a warm welcome from Geiseille at the front desk—her friendly and professional demeanor made a great first impression. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Breakfast was also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options that set us up for the day. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Fui con mi mamá y fue una experiencia maravillosa para ambas. El personal muy amable, simpáticos, serviciales. Se sintió como una verdadera casa. Las áreas comunes y habitaciones en excelentes condiciones y completamente equipado. Volvería a hospedarme allí sin dudarlo. Mis felicitaciones.

Amazing quality sleep. Brand new everything. Kenji was most helpful just like all staff. Hands down 10/10, will come back again. Location is great, really close to the city center. Brilliant breakfast, the complimentary chocolates were fantastic and you ca’t beat the view.

tl;dr: this hotel delivers what it promises, which is a cross between a hotel and an apartment, a comfortable place to live, eat, work and sleep. However, the cleanliness and maintenance could be better, ask for a quiet room. bring ID. detailed review: location: excellent location just across the bridge from the opera house and an easy walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. Staff: excellent staff and very polite Room: the door is a little fiddly. just might try again, push down and in (which sounds like a normal door opening, i know). Bed: the bed and pillows were very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. I genuinely had one of the best sleeps (until the tv woke me up, see blelow). kitchenette: good selection of cookware, utensils etc. provided. The fridge is just a bit smaller than the average under counter fridge and includes a freezer. Oven is a combi microwave and convention oven. instruction manual provided in the room. If using as a microwave only - do not use anything metal (same as a normal microwave). the room did not have any overn dishes/trays, but there is a built in rack, so you can easily make something like a frozen pizza or baked potatoes without additional cookware, or buy disposable trays from either of the supermarkets mentioned below. there is also a 2 ring hob. dishwasher. kitchen items provided include: washing up liquid, j-cloth, sponge, 4 dishwater tablets, kitchen paper, ice cube tray, carafe, measuring jug, 2 mixing bowls. bins and dishwasher so smell a bit. sink tap had a very weak, took a while to fill the kettle and could barely rinse a mug. TV: large high definition smart TV. The TV is on a bracket so can be angled to the seating/kitchen area. it has lots of channels in multiple languages. It allows chrome casting from compatible apps (e.g. RTE player, All4, Netflix) on your own device. I am not quite sure how i got the casting info page to appear on the TV (possibly pressing the ok button twice?). Casting connected fine but without sound at first. after a google i was able to fix it, it seems to be an issue with LG tvs and changing he the surround sound settings fixed it. The only built in TV app was YouTube. honestly, i have never experienced more advertising from a YouTube app in my life (personal device or hotel TV app) Every 3 to 5 minutes there was 1-4 ads that were typically 20 to 60 seconds long, of which you often have to watch 30-40 seconds before being able to skip. The TV turned itself on every morning at about 7.30am without a wake-up being set. Having realised it was not a once off, if I had been staying longer, I would have either asked a member of staff, or set the alarm for a time i actually wanted to get up at. WiFi: good quality WiFi. mine seemed to automatically connect to the higher grade internet as i am a Marriott member. otherwise basic WiFi is free and faster WiFi costs €10. I had the queen room. When we were going in, we had very high expectations since the hotel is part of the Marriott. And I can confidently say, it was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip in Europe. Our stay in Residence Inn was over Christmas. 24th of December till 28th to be more specific. Some may think that spending Christmas in a hotel is not the best thing ever, but staff that was with us- Giselle, Rodrigo, Camila, Aishins, Loaura, Amanda, and Tiago made it such a pleasant experience. Firstly, I want to mention an extraordinary dedication to accommodate my allergies. I was told almost every single ingredient in the food that was served and was met with understanding and helpfulness. Sometimes it might be frustrating to eat outside of your own kitchen while having allergies and dietary restrictions, but this is definitely not the case with our stay. Secondly, the room was excellent. We even got a little present left for us. Very clean, very comfortable and absolutely stunning overall. Last but not the least, I want to talk about the staff yet again. I don't think I have ever seen such dedication to create the most comfortable stay than from the team that was there during our stay. I already mentioned the accommodation in the restaurant, but I also want to say that staff was not only very professional, but also very nice and friendly. For sure, all those things created a welcoming environment, but yet again, staff members played the biggest part in it. I am a firm believer that customer service can immediately change one's experience. Huge personal thank you to Giselle, Rodrigo, Camila, Aishins, Loaura, Amanda, and Tiago for such a special stay.

酒店房間很新,位置也十分方便,就在河邊,河的對岸就是市中心,走路過去也才十幾分鐘不到。
