This hotel becomes our home at Nis. Last room we stayed is on top floor with a wonderful terrace

The room was fine; however, the service we received was terrible. There was a problem when we arrived because the person in charge didn’t open the door for us, and later we asked for help to call a taxi for the next day since it was very difficult for us as we don’t speak the local language. He said he would help, but in the end, he didn’t do it. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It is far from the tourist area, and the service is terrible.

You entered the hotel and the room you reserved at 10:15 a.m., a few hours before the official check-in, which is after 3:00 p.m. I gave you a recommendation of good restaurants that you were looking for and I gave you a business card for a taxi. I was also ready to call you a taxi in the morning, but you left earlier, it was not difficult for me to do that for you.Location of the hotel is in ceter of city 5minutes walk from pedestrian street.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitengasse, dicht zum Nis-Zentrum, sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten herrlich und das Bad gro?. Nur gab es leider (seit Corona-Zeiten) kein Frühstück. Hierfür konnte man aber ins Zentrum gehen, dort gab es genügend Cafés mit breakfast.

Una sola notte a Nis. In realtà siamo stati trasferiti in un appartamento molto vicino all'hotel per mancanza di disponibilità della stanza nonostante la prenotazione (stranl). Appartamento molto grande e comodo affacciati sulla via dello shopping.
