I like the hotel, because it has a lovely old worldly feel to it, it is very comfortable, lovely lge bed and a pleasant atmosphere all round. Also rooms are quite and lovely and warm.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, convenient to shops and my favourite restaurant is across the road. Rooms massive and luxurious. Bed very comfortable. My most favourite hotel in Varna. I have booked two more stays.

Hotel clásico venido a menos por falta de mantenimiento y de inversión. La entrada y los pasillos desprenden un cierto encanto, pero las habitaciones están desfasadas. La cama se hunde, debe ser tan antigua como el hotel, y el ba?o necesita una remodelación urgente. Tampoco tiene spa en funcionamiento como lo tuvo tiempos atrás.
En definitiva le sobran los adjetivos de “grand hotel”.

Fantastisk fint rom i gammel stil ! Reint og ryddig . Godt utvalg i minibar og gratis vann sto fremme . Nydelig frokost med egen frokostmeny i tillegg til buffet .

I love such old furniture very much. Great rooms, very big rooms, big clean bathroom. Wonderful breakfat and coffee. They prepare the hot breakfast right by the order free of charge. I am very satisfied but I must add that it will be difficult for people who can not walk, too many stairs to the lift and also to the breakfast hall.

Grand London 3 star hotel
Alt er gammelt og helt nedslidt Sauna og spa har ikke virket i 2 ?r af hvad jeg hved af dette hotel er Max 3 stjerner hotel og ikke 5 helt umuligt det er 5 stjernet hotel.

El Grand Hotel London no cumple en absoluto d un hotel d 5 estrellas. La recepción es minúscula, como todo personal d servicio al huésped cuenta con el/la recepcionista, carece d salones d reunión o descanso, así como d servicio d habitaciones. Por otra parte, no conserva ningún elemento original d la época d su construcción en 1912, hecho q se publicita cono reclamo, y la decoración actual d los pasillos y habitaciones es d mal gusto, pretenciosa y completamente desfasada. Finalmente, el bufet d desayuno resulta muy escaso y sólo se salva x la posibilidad d solicitar platos a la cocina incluidos en el precio.

Grand Hotel London is a gem, but a gem that needs polishing, and one which needs supporting if it is to complete a successful comeback after the pandemic. The building is a Belle Epoque triumph, the bar, the rooms have to be seen to be believed. We had a splendid suite overlooking the square (#1) which was wonderful to stay in. The bathroom was modern and entirely satisfactory. Staff were very helpful during our stay, and we found the breakfast quite adequate ( though it required passing downstairs to the lobby and then up to the breakfast room) The bar was architecturally magnificent, but almost always empty, and the restaurant hasn't reopened for evening meals. The location is very convenient for the beach, museums and galleries and the Railway station. One final point; there is a large tree immediately outside the hotel which needs radical pruning to improve the view into and out of the hotel.
