At first, we stayed here for three nights, but we loved the place so much so we extended our stay for one more night. The location in the old town is great, everything is near. The room is amazing, clean and very spacious, with a huge balcony looking over the awesome pedestrian area. Wifi was great. One notice to people with a car, you can park for free around 10 minutes from hotel, just across a street from Parking Plaza, there is road that goes a bit downwards bellow a fortress. A lot of free parking space.

ottima struttura al centro di Chania a pochi passi dal porto vecchio; camere pulite e letto con materasso molto comodo; vengono forniti: kit vanity, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo più kit ciabattine ed accappatoio. Wifi gratuita, cassaforte, frigobar con 2 bottiglie d'acqua per il 1° giorno. In camera è presente la macchina per il caffè e ci sono a disposizione 2 cialde e bustine di thè con 2 bellissime tazze. Camere piccole ma con arredo moderno e di buon gusto e colori. La struttura si trova a ridosso della via della movida ma le finestre sono insonorizzate e non si percepisce molto il rumore; siamo in pieno centro dove ci sono localini e negozi: c'è tutto. La reception si appoggia all'altro hotel "Elia Betolo Hotel" a pochi metri e proprio li è possibile, se si vuole, usufruire della colazione ad un prezzo di 10 euro a testa: questo l'ho trovato esagerato. Comunque nei pressi si trovano bar e pasticcerie dove scegliere di poter fare colazione. Essendo in una zona centrale ed in alcuni punti a traffico limitato, è da tener conto che c'è molta difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio, c'è il rischio di parcheggiare lontano e poi farsi una bella passeggiata. a noi non è pesata questa cosa. Nel complesso sono soddisfatta.

Clean comfortable and good central location. Is fairly noisy late night due to being above bars and restaurants. Good breakfast.

Chanie jak i dojecha? do dalszych miejsc. ?niadanie podawane w g?ównym hotelu ok 100 metrów by?o wystarczaj?ce a obs?uga potrafi?a za?atwi? ka?d? spraw?, pocz?wszy od usterki kranu skończywszy na za?atwienie wynaj?cia auta z dnia na dzień. Zdecydowanie polecam :)

I was very pleased with my stay here for 6 nights. I arrived late at night so the hotel reception was a little tricky to find, and I was nervous since all the shops were closed and the streets were kind of empty but actually the neighborhood is entirely safe and right in the middle of all the action. I loved having everything right at my doorstep - restaurants, shopping, the old town center. The room was clean and actually much larger than I expected. Good wifi, powerful air conditioner, comfortable bed. Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend for anyone watching their budget but wanting to be in the heart of everything.

Kamers waren netjes, alleen het is een keten waarbij er kamers verspreid over de hele stad zitten. Wij moesten bijvoorbeeld bij een andere vestiging ontbijten en inchecken. Daarnaast zat deze kamer precies boven een café, wat harde muziek draaide tot 02:00 's nachts. De kamer op zich was wel erg netjes.

We arrived here for 3 nights and booked a deluxe room with four poster bed and jacuzzi. First impressions are not good - you arrive at a hotel with no reception so have to head up to a different one to get the key. Grubby mat as we opened the door and filthy floors as we walked up to room. Dirty bathroom floor, only one chair on the balcony and we were told that as a welcome gesture we had 2 coffee pods ( if you want more you have to pay for more ). Comfortable bed, clean linen, nice towels. Hanging rail too high for me to use in wardrobe and fridge could not be opened as it hits off the bottom of the wardrobe.. Door to balcony scratches along the floor and the jacuzzi instructions were poor and it drains very slowly.. Overall we were underwhelmed and hope that their other hotels in town would offer a more enjoyable stay.

Cosy kleines B&B ohne Breakfast. Dieses muss in einem Hotel der gleichen Kette ca. 100m weiter eingenommen werden. Sehr zentral gelegen in der Altstadt, 5min zum Busbahnhof, 3min zum antiken Hafen, ?usserst optimal für fussgehende Touris. Abends etwas laut weil zahlreiche Bars in der Strasse. Keine Aussicht, nur Fassade des Nachbarhauses. Grosszügiges Zimmer, Wifi & TV tiptop, W?scheservice.
