Great value for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It even came with a kitchen complete with cutlery, plates, and pots for light cooking, as well as a washing machine. Waking up to the sea view in the morning was lovely. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor playground and the infinity pool. We will definitely come back again.

All was okay just late check in.need to wait for half and hour until the room prepared.might be peak during public holiday on that time.but it is okay.the malay male staff ( forgot to ask name) really friendly and well prepared to answered the guest need during check in.but the female staff chinese also forgot to ask name not really friendly when we ready to check out and pass the card.not also give a smile eventhough we said sorry for return a little bit late card due to we already checkout earlier from the room but pass a little bit late to visit around in pool area and level 13 to take pic for families memories.

Took the 3 bedrooms unit. Room size of master and 2nd bedroom are reasonable for 2 pax per room. However 3rd room is rather tight for 2 pax. Having said that, I believe for kids should be fine. Hotel is new and clean, away from main roads, hence rather quiet. However location wise its in the middle of nowhere, eatery options are rather limited. Well for the price I paid for 6 pax, I considered it as affordable and reasonable. One thing to mention - higher floor view is good. Bridge and sea views. Morning glory sunlight is comforting.

Studio unit comes with refrigerator, washing machine, sofa, dining table and etc.. Smooth check in and check out.

The hotel was close to the airport, just 7 km away, so airport transfers with Grab are a breeze. However, there is only one coffee shop selling Chinese food at night and no night market, unlike George Town. We can still get McDonald's or others via Grabfood though. The 5 star restaurant food is good with large servings, affordable due to the strong Sing dollar. The children were delighted by the games room, indoor playground and children's infinity pool. Overall a good experience, given that the stay was enjoyable and the hotel is new, just one year old and the furnishings and fittings in the room are high-class. Not to mention the discount given was generous, 36%.

Location near to Queensbay mall but slightly further away from Georgetown and traffic will be heavier during peak hour.Great pool view from 42th floor

Amazing view from the 35th floor — you can see both Penang bridges and the Georgetown skyline. Room was clean, front desk was friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

???? Frustrating Stay at Iconic Regency My stay at Iconic Regency was disappointing despite the nice view. There was a clear miscommunication between staff. Since studio rooms were limited, the front desk placed me in another room type, but later another staff member suddenly asked me to pay extra. Only after I explained who assigned the room did they stop pressuring me. The lifts were another major issue. The building is crowded and the wait time was often 5 to 15 minutes. Sometimes one lift was not functioning, and at one point two were down, making it extremely slow and inconvenient. The non studio room also had a washing machine but no dryer, so clothes took two to three days to dry, which is impractical for travellers. Overall, the view was good, but the miscommunication, slow lifts and poorly planned room facilities made the stay frustrating.
