  • Guest：Cheristo is a good place to stay. It's a small hotel located on the 2nd floor of residential building with its own roof terrace on the 7th floor (lift works). The advantage of this place is that rooms are big and very good for 3 persons stay (3 separate beds, with good mattress). There is a balcony with a yard view, useful for smoking if you do. Bathroom is ok. Breakfast is basic but ok. Small minus is a noisy fridge which has to be switched off overnight. Mustafa is very helpful !
  • Guest：??Wonderful place!?? Right after the booking was confirmed, the hotel owner contacted us by phone and explained to the taxi driver where to go. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a hotel staff member — everything was well organized The room was very clean, fresh, and tidy, with new furniture. Breakfast on the rooftop is Egyptian-style, filling, and delicious, with a beautiful view of the pyramids. The Giza Pyramids, the new Grand Egyptian Museum, and a minibus station are all within walking distance. From there, you can travel to Alexandria, Fayoum (just 50 EGP) and other cities. We stayed for one night, then went to Cairo and happily returned to this hotel again. Highly recommended!
  • Guest：If you want to see the pyramids, you won't find a better place than this hotel! You can literally see them from your balcony and walk to them in 10 minutes. The hotel is situated in a very atmospheric building, so you feel like you're in real Egypt. The rooms are simple, clean and you can get a good night's sleep. The owner is very nice, incredibly helpful, speaks good English, we liked him very much. He also owns the restaurant with the same name just around the corner, where you can eat a simple but very nice meal for a decent price, the terrace on the roof with the view of the pyramids is great. We were very happy with our stay and very lucky to have found this little gem of authentic Egypt. Highly recommended!
  • Guest：There was a fly ?? in my room, even the window didn't open. I couldn't sleep well as it was quite noisy during the night, the dog was barking, and the cars were honking their horn. The service was really good and the host was nice, he helped me to bargain with the greedy taxi driver. The view on the top floor was amazing. You can literally see the pyramid while you are having breakfast.
