The location is extremely convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. Everything was very clean, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Kate — one of our friends was celebrating a birthday, and her restaurant recommendation and help with the reservation were incredibly helpful and made the evening truly special.

Очень понравился этот отель! Хорошее расположение, Прекрасные администраторы и дружелюбная женщина в столовой! Заселили пораньше, выселиться можно было попозже, подсказали, куда сходить, отвечали на все вопросы! Обязательно вернусь именно в этот отель в следующий раз ??

We stayed at Bella Casa for two nights and were very impressed. The room was spacious and elegant, featuring high ceilings and a charming balcony overlooking the city. The staff provided outstanding service and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to staying here again during our next visit to Tbilisi.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel on Rustaveli Avenue. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the rooms are bright, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — right in the center of Tbilisi, close to cafes, shops, and all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the city. Highly recommend!

Best location! We stayed at Bella Casa for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings and a lovely balcony — perfect for enjoying the city vibe. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Tbilisi!

Ich komme unbedingt wieder: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage, (Oper, Museen, Restaurants alle fussl?ufig), sehr freundliches Personal: mit L?cheln von Anna schmeckt hervorragendes Frühstück noch besser.

The air conditioner doesn't cool well, the TV didn't work the whole stay, and the worst thing was that someone was in the room and stole things from my shopping.
Horrible experience!!!
