Food left over from previous night dinner was not cleared upon my check in, and still left uncleared on the same evening when i returned to hotel.
It left a sour rotten food smell lingering in front of my room #2301.
The AC failed and they had to re locate my room. The second room also had issues with the AC.
My room was opened when I arrived the second day and there were trash there, when I tried to talk to the staff they just ignored the claim. Nobody did anything about my room opened and even a perfume disappeared. The only way for them to come and clean (at night) was telling them “bro whatever, if you don’t want to come and check what happened to my room is ok, I’ll figure out if my things are completed but at least send someone to come and clean the trash”…
No apologies, nobody cared.

Bbrapa sesuai request, tapi ngk bisa request satu kursi tambahan utk di dalam kamar.. tapi yasudahlah
