We are delighted to hear that you found the room functional, the service very good, and the food superb. However, it is very unfortunate that you found that fact that we do not have an elevator lacking. We apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you. When you do visit again, please be sure to request a ground floor room. No need to be concerned about our ability to accommodate disabled guests. The Hotel offers a number of universal access bedrooms and every facility and public space on the ground floor is wheelchair friendly, with ramps everywhere. Management also made sure that our staff has ample and easy access to all linen, room amenities and cleaning material on the first floor. This ensures that there is very minimal need for them to use the stairs on any given day. We hope that you enjoyed the rest your trip around our Beautiful Eastern Cape.
