The stay was beautiful! We had a direct view of the waterfall and zhangzhang was really kind and helpful! She organized as well a driver who picked us up from the station and brought us back the next morning! If you are looking for a hotel please have a look at this hotel!

Good location and view. The hotel also provided transportation from the railway station to the hotel and drop off at the station as well. A bit pricey but worth it.
Only thing is the water flow for shower isn't sufficient.

We had a wonderful stay at Tianquan Inn (Furong Town Xuanyage). One of the things that stood out the most was the excellent attitude of the reception staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great care in keeping everything tidy and pleasant for guests.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it easy to explore Furong Town, and the view from the hotel is simply spectacular. Waking up and seeing such beautiful scenery was one of the best parts of our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Tianquan Inn to anyone visiting Furong Town.

Our stay in Furong was good thanks to Zhang Zhang and her kindness in helping us in every aspect. Location is optimal and the room are very nice with stunning views on the waterfall. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect service and view ! Staff was always very kind and was very helpful with every kind of request like taxi from and to railway or food cafe close by etc.

Great place to stay and would recommend to everyone!
The hotel provided a car service to get picked up from the train station and the driver assisted us to navigate the streets to reach the hotel.
We were offered a free room upgrade which was very kind. They also provided some wine as it was our anniversary. The view for the room was amazing!
They also assisted us with organising a driver to take us to Zhangjiajie. We communicated via WeChat easily.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tianquan Inn and we are really glad we chose this place. The location is excellent, especially for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of Furong Town and stay close to the waterfall. It gave the whole stay a very special feeling.
The room was clean, comfortable, and full of atmosphere. The waterfall view made a big impression on us and gave the place a truly romantic character. Everything about it felt very enjoyable and well suited for a stay as a couple.
The service also deserves special praise, as the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. Thanks to that, we felt very comfortable during our stay.
Another fun and interesting detail was the mirror on the ceiling ??
Overall, we will remember this stay very fondly and would happily come back again.

WOW!! The location was absolutely incredible. We had a perfect view of the waterfall and surrounding village. Every floor had a balcony for viewing as well. The staff were so helpful in providing directions, advice, suggestions and even offered to get us back to the train station when our reservation was done. I am so impressed with this hotel and highly recommend! Also, the restaurant across the street is the best in Furong town and by far the most affordable!

Absolutely amazing location. This is the best place to stay in Furong Town for a couple of reasons:
1. The view from the room we were in has that best angle to the waterfall.
2. There are plenty of shops/restaurants/massage places within 1 min walk from the room.
