Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Flavia . The hotel is in a great location and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The Roman remains in the basement are fascinating. Would definitely stay there again

Villa Flavia is a truly unique hotel, distinguished not only by its excellent central location but also by its outstanding staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the hotel particularly convenient for families with children. However, the front desk in on duty from 7 AM to 10 PM, not 24 hours. Guests should note it down. An additional and very pleasant surprise was that the minibar was free of charge. The hotel itself is fascinatingly built on the ruins of a Roman bath, which adds a remarkable historical character to the overall experience. Thanks to its central location, the city can easily be explored on foot. Breakfast was simply mesmerizing. In addition to a rich buffet offering snacks and starters, guests can choose a main plate from a wide variety of options, including both continental and local breakfast selections. Eva, Vasil, and Dimitrar (special thanks to the other staff,too who served us but we didn’t meet, as well) made us feel as if we were longtime friends rather than guests. Their warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. Villa Flavia and its staff unquestionably deserve the highest rating. We would like to stay again if we come to Plovdiv in the future.

The room was great quality, clean and well stocked. Very friendly staff with a nice welcome drink. Breakfast had a good choice. We were given a tour of the Roman baths which was a highlight.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this truly unique hotel. Every aspect of the experience was exceptional — from the beautifully designed rooms with excellent amenities to the delicious breakfast and the unbeatable location right in the heart of the city. What really sets this place apart, though, is its fascinating connection to history. The basement reveals layers of the past going back thousands of years, beautifully preserved and displayed — it felt like staying in a living museum. A perfect combination of modern comfort and historical charm. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

Les instructions pour le stationnement étaient claires et je n'ai pas eu de problèmes à trouver. Le personnel est dévoué et fort sympathique! L'endroit est impeccable et à deux pas du centre et les recommandations des restaurants fournies par le personnel étaient à la hauteur des attentes! Petit-déje?ner copieux au matin. Rien à redire: séjour de 2 jours parfait! Chapeau!

H?tel en ville historique H?tel très bien situé , centre ville et historique . Parking privé sécurisé à 50m de l'h?tel . Chambre confortable et fonctionnelle . Personnel agréable et professionnel . Petit déjeuner de qualité qui peut se prendre dans le patio . Petit plus : une visite est organisée dans les sous sols de l'H?tel où l'on retrouve des vestiges romains . Très bon séjour .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Flavia, and my only regret is that it was for only one night. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well appointed, featuring a good sized bathroom and high quality bed linen. Besides coffee and tea making facilities, some complimentary drinks were also supplied. The staff were all very welcoming, and took great pride in their establishment. I highly recommend taking the tour of the ancient excavations beneath the hotel - it was professionally presented, and very insightful. Lastly, don’t miss breakfast - a good spread is offered, and everything was tasty. If you are looking for central, well priced accommodation with excellent service in Plovdiv, I highly recommend Villa Flavia.
