Primo viaggio all’estero e non potevamo scegliere resort migliore… disponibilità e gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff dai facchini, ai camerieri, chef, animatori e receptionist! All’interno del resort c’è hani fantastico e disponibile sempre per ogni chiarimento e domanda! Gli animatori spettacolari, salvo e Tommaso number 1! Camerieri speciali e attenti ad ogni esigenza dai neonati agli adulti… ringrazio hussain e roika dello staff del ristorante…. Unica pecca a mio parere la pulizia delle camere, ma per il resto tutto ottimo

Всем привет. Только вернулись из нашего прекрасного путешествия с детьми (4 года и 7 лет) в этом замечательном отеле. В Египте первый раз. Впечатление фантастическое. Такого моря нигде не видел, плаваем с рыбками, изучаем коралловые рифы. Еда замечательная. Номера комфортные, большие, хорошие. А теперь самое главное: на территории работает полноценный детский клуб! Ирина (она же Риша) и Лиза - волшебные аниматоры, у которых имеется подход к детям, которым доверяешь, когда оставляешь детей в клубе. Постоянная связь с ними по ваттсапп, эти прекрасные девушки думают на несколько шагов вперед и предлагают развлечения для детей, скидывают программы, напоминают о событиях. Ramses restaurant is the best, Bahaa, Roukia, Abdelrahman - Thank you very much for help and our GOOD mood everyday!! Спасибо вам большое!

Отдыхали с семьёй в отеле Гранд Ротана в августе 2024. Территория большая, очень красивая, ухоженная. Для лентяев есть эскалатор к бассейну или в ресторан ( смотря кто в каком корпусе живёт). Питание вкусное, разнообразное, есть несколько Аля-карт ресторанов - очень классные. Большой длинный пляж с офигенно красивыми коралловыми рифами и рыбками. А самое главное, там весело))) Классная анимационная команда. То вечеринка в стиле 70-х "Эйфория", то пенная, то дискотека в бассейне. Йога, дартс, водное поло, много чего - кто любит общение и веселье, аниматоры делают всё, чтобы не скучать. Также каждый вечер концерты и программы в баре и в амфитеатре, очень классные. Короче, кинули монетки в море, чтобы вернуться. Надеюсь так и будет!

Sono stata in questa struttura nei primi di Novembre. Nel complesso la struttura è bella molto grande un pizzico dispersiva. La maggior parte degli ospiti è di nazionalità Russa e limitrofi. Il personale della struttura è tutto egiziano, animazione russa e italiana. Mi stupisce leggere alcuni commenti sul personale della struttura. Sinceramente non ho trovato tutti cortesi, anzi alcuni abbastanza scontrosi. Non pretendo di parlare italiano, ma almeno un inglese livello base si. Non tutti lo parlavano inglese. Mi rispondevano in russo o arabo. Maria della reception molto scontrosa con un atteggiamento di superiorità discriminatorio verso gli italiani che parlano inglese. La pulizia della camera da migliorare, in particolar modo sotto il letto. Il wc si è intasato due volte, tempi di attesa per intervento è stato superiore a 20min. Animazione italiana (salvatore, Tommaso, valentina etc..) non invadente, sono stati tutti molto gentili, educati e disponibili. Bravi tutti! Cibo buono. un giorno a pranzo non ci volevano far entrare dicendo che era pieno mentre avevano l'accesso garantito delle altri ospiti sempre russi. Non è stato davvero carino. Massaggio di 50min effettuato con Ketut, una ragazza meravigliosa, massaggio stupendo. Tutto sommato una buona esperienza.

Grand Rotana resort & spa é stata una bellissima sorpresa!! La struttura é impeccabile, tutto pulito e ordinato. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose. Il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile come ad Esempio Ahmed che ci ha accolto tutti i pranzi e le cena sempre con il sorriso!!! La cucina semplicemente ottima!! Tutti i giorni Arm cucina Crêpes a colazione e grigliata di pesce o carne sia a pranzo che a cena e poi… un buffet infinito di piatti tipici e non solo! L’animazione brava e discreta. Tutto é stato sorprendentemente impeccabile!

, it was a better hotel than imagination in terms of services, whether on the sea, in the pool, or at night parties. It was the best holiday in Hasati at the Grand Rotana Hotel. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel.

It was an amazing hotel and the overall experience is amazing, food is super and stuff is super friendly and helpful , I do recommend it for families and everything is available inside the hotel even the snorkeling you don’t need to move from the hotel

Отличный отель! Большая зеленая и ухоженная территория, постоянно прибераются, стригут газоны, ровняют кустики. Пляж и платформы для, купания в идеальном виде. Хорошие номера, замечательный персонал, анимация отличная - начиная с утренней зарядки на пляже, заканчивая вечерними танцами. Уютный детский клуб. Очень живописный риф с кучей живности (у правой платформы живёт большая мурена)! Разнообразная и вкусная кухня. Надеюсь, вернемся сюда не раз.

Excellent hotel in every respect. I recommend taking the supplement for the Rotana club, it is well worth it.

The Grand Rotana Resort & Spa is a beautiful place to stay The rooms are spacious with amazing views, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is delicious, and the beach is perfect Special Mention for the Sports Animators farah and farida the best twins fantastic, full of energy, and made every activity fun. They really added to the overall experience
