房間非常乾凈、寬敞。服務也非常好。當天晚上入住后，發現冰箱里的2瓶水不夠喝，因為不懂韓文，拿著翻譯器，半夜12點去服務枱要了2瓶礦泉水，服務生馬上熱情遞來2瓶水。酒店床也特別舒服，美美地睡了個好覺。（深睡眠2小時！）早上9點退房后讓前臺服務生幫忙叫了出租車，這位出租車尾號6129的司機把我們送到龍仁客運站后，發現我老公的手機落在車上，5分鐘后親手送還到我們手上，真的好感動。昨天我直接寫了一封感謝信到酒店郵箱，麻煩再次代我們謝謝酒店前臺，并希望酒店前臺謝謝那位好心的韓國出租車司機。附件有服務員寫的出租車號碼。

Room is spacious and clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. It would be nice if there is a sofa. Staff is nice.

A very good hotel in Yongin, the room is clean and spacious, and the items are available for basic needs for travelers. There is a convenience store inside the hotel building, and several restaurants for 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Bus stops (Yongin City Hall station) are nearby, most of the time it will be more convenience to travel by bus instead of the metro.
