  • Guest user：Great location and modern but the wait on the elevators is to much and the only reason I booked this hotel because it has a pool that I couldn't use because they where having private event . Then I asked one of the staff working if the pool was going to be open the next day and he could only say I don't know the least he could do is go to the computer and check no he told me I got to go next day and check for myself.Secon nigth at the hotel I go to the rooftop restaurant bar waited 20 min to get acknowledged by someone put my food order waited 40 min for it never arrived when I go to the bar to ask for it all they told me was that the chef colsed the kitchen early.Front desk manager resolve the pool situation the food situation was never resolved.

  • Guest user：I love staying at the Margaritaville. Fantastic location, friendly staff. Only complaint is trying to get a spot at the pool as it is packed! Overall a very good experience and I will definitely stay again.
